FINAL ROUND

 

In 3rd place we have what many people called the "under dog"... 'Break Up Song'. This storming, 80's synth pop number was released right at the beginning of the pandemic and was one of the pop songs to help many get through the first stages of lockdown. The video had to be scrapped, but they still gave us a pretty solid effort imo. I really appreciate that they actually seemed to take time with the animation and it wasn't some generic animation... I would have loved to have seen this idea executed in live form though, like it was supposed to as I think the girls personalities would have shined through SO much more.

 

An absolute BANGER of a song and in their top 5/10 for me. I just love it and I'm so pleased it reached top 3!
