August 17, 20213 yr U + Ur Hand would be a very solid choice or if you want something that's not from 'I'm Not Dead' for the 3rd round in a row (but WHEW what an ALBUM!) I think 'Raise Your Glass' could be a very fun choice!

August 17, 20213 yr Author I was thinking U + Ur Hand initially (that and So What are probably the biggest ones we’ve never used) but it is a third track from the same album albeit an amazing one. Raise Your Glass is another possibility.

August 17, 20213 yr I’m Not Dead really was that era, so my top choices would be U + Ur Hand and Leave Me Alone (I’m Lonely) :lol: Raise Your Glass isn’t a major fave of mine but I could see it doing well, maybe more so than the two I prefer actually.

August 17, 20213 yr Oh Family Portrait getting exposure would be wonderful. Maybe try saving that one and focusing on getting through for the time being but I'd be v interested to see how FP does. U + Ur Hand is insanely well eegarded. Much more than people think too! But yeah. Depends how you'd feel sending a 3rd track from IND! (There's obviously no rule against it! :lol:)
August 17, 20213 yr Author I’m not opposed to sending U + Ur Hand, in fact I think it’s our best chance of finishing top half which I think we need to do after not making it last round. Family Portrait is a very good suggestion and I do think it could be perfect further down the line but there are a few members who are a bit sniffy about slower songs. There is a reason why I’m Not Dead is my favourite album, after all. I’ll put U + Ur Hand through later unless anyone objects.

August 21, 20213 yr Author Well we have smashed it with round 3-Pink finished 3rd! Next theme is ballads or mid tempo songs. Initially this was slated as just ballads and my first thought was I Don’t Believe You as that seems pretty well regarded? But with mid tempo now being in the mix perhaps we should go with Family Portrait? It got a bit of support for the last round. Let me know what you think, guys.

August 21, 20213 yr Author I’d love to send I Don’t Believe You-PERFECT for a ballad round. However, with the change to mid tempo, I’m not sure. I find a lot of members find ballads ‘boring’ and wouldn’t opt for a proper one. I understand the change (who’s heard of a Calvin Harris ballad?) but I’m not confident of what to do. Does anyone else want to weigh in, help us decide?
August 21, 20213 yr Of the two you mentioned, I prefer Family Portrait and I think I'd be more likely to vote for it, but I know I Don't Believe You has its fans and there's a chance it could make my votes too, it's beautiful!
