Given this could theoretically be one of the biggest streaming releases ever just going by the rest of her songs performing recently before it's even out it seems worth having a punt at the amount of streams it might do.

 

 

I have gone for 1-1.25 million for day 1 and 2-2.5 for peak. Can’t see it beating Wham and Mariah’s peaks though.

Went for day 1 being 1.25-1.5 million and the peak being 2-2.25 million. It’s gonna be absolutely huge numbers from her!

I’m going with 1.5/1.7million I feel like there’s so much hype with the weight loss, her seemingly happier than ever and I feel like she’s been gone long enough for people to really miss her.

 

Hope I’m right it would insane to get those numbers!

Gone for 1.2-1.5m first day with that being it’s peak but wouldn’t shock me if she hits 1m streams every day for around 2 weeks or so!

Are we talking about total streams rather than Spotify numbers? We might not even get that breakdown.

 

I think she will peak on Day 1 and that could be around 2 million on Spotify and over 3 million total.

I think the total streams will be over 2 million. The amount I’ve heard people talk about from every age group is crazy.

and maybe peak on album release week, sure the song will get a mega boost

I went with 1.75-2 Million. I really think it's coming to do something extraordinary given the hype.

Went for 1,500,001 to 1,750,000 opening day!

I'm so DON'T want to be disappointed first from the song and also from her figures and maybe we're all so hyped and going crazy with the numbers.

2 million first day with a peak of 2.5 million. Most probably on the optimistic side, but it is Adele so who knows!

My main prediction remains 'people will say it's disappointing no matter what'. But I will make a more specific prediction that it'll be somewhere in the 800k-1 million range (both debut and peak). Which would still make it a huge streaming hit by any definition so I'm not suggesting that would be a bad opening. I'm just really not sure I see her competing with / beating the absolute biggest of current streaming titans. I'll be happy to be proven wrong though (assuming the song is any good which I'm sure it will be, she doesn't ever really disappoint).

Did it fall quickly though? It ‘only’ had 3 weeks at the top?

I think there is huge hype for this and the fact her previous hits doing well is something. That said, I was a bit taken aback how low ABBA’s new tracks streamed bearing in mind just how humongous they had been for like all my life with Gold and ‘Mama Mia’ movies. I know different generation of artists but even so this could fall short.
