Posted January 5, 20223 yr Currently appearing at #90 on the midweek chart update is 'Make Me Feel Good', the debut single from DJ collective Belters Only (made up of Bissett, RobbieG, Byron Dunne and someone with the first name Evan ) with vocalist Jazzy. It's pretty genric tbf, but certainly not *bad* y_k0giroxpU
January 5, 20223 yr And also in my personal chart this week! It’s definitely a standout for me right now! :music:
January 5, 20223 yr It all builds up nicely through the first half of the song but the drop it builds up to is a bit underwhelming imo. I guess it reminds me of the two Redlight 2012-3 hits with the production but not as interesting for me sadly :(
January 7, 20223 yr A swift climb from its chart update position earlier in the week means it lands at #66 today officially. This is now on Hot Hits UK too so expect a further climb.
January 10, 20223 yr Could be Top 40 by Friday as it's #43 today. Decided I definitely don't like this at all today
January 10, 20223 yr Decided I definitely don't like this at all today Yeah it doesn't really go anywhere imo, I think it needed a big progressive house synth climax which never happened
January 12, 20223 yr Not blowing me away or anything but I actually quite like this one so wouldn't mind it becoming a hit, it's a lot more lowkey than I expected from an act going by the name 'Belters Only' though
January 18, 20223 yr After multiple listens I’m loving this, hope it can peak in the top 10! Banger :yahoo:
January 18, 20223 yr This is extremely basic and sounds like a random dance song to be taking off in 2022. Sounds like it's come out of like a 2006 dance compilation or something lol. It is growing on me so I'm not begrudging it being a hit! Edited January 18, 20223 yr by Roba.
