May 31, 20223 yr Not that I'm complaining at all but 'Brazil' is more than 3 years old so why would it be on SCR? At the label's request? Yes, manual reset
May 31, 20223 yr I forgot that Declan had never had a top 100 single before - I don't think 'Brazil' is one of my faves from him but I haven't heard it for years tbf, will need to revisit. 'Humongous', 'British Bombs' and 'Be An Astronaut' all deserved to be huge though! Wish it was ‘British Bombs’ taking off but with the current global situation not an appropriate title to push. Glad he’s on his way to getting a single chart entry though.

May 31, 20223 yr Great sales for Liam for both his albums and his live album is doing very well as live albums are a hard sell these days, Harry is having a very good second week aswell, he probably have about 25k which is better than a good few albums who debut at number 1.
May 31, 20223 yr I don't think live album is difficult to sell when you have the fanbase that buys everything without questioning.
May 31, 20223 yr Can an artist ask for a manual reset of one of their songs? Yes (well, it's typically the label who'd ask I assume), but I guess the OCC will only grant it if it's actually experiencing a revival / hasn't already been a notable hit.
May 31, 20223 yr Sam Ryder coming to snatch those extra sales - https://eurostore.warnermusic.com/uk/artist...ee-edition.html
May 31, 20223 yr I don't think live album is difficult to sell when you have the fanbase that buys everything without questioning. Kinda sounds like Lady Gaga fans!
May 31, 20223 yr Kinda sounds like Lady Gaga fans! I think Kylie fans are probably the most notorious for this.
May 31, 20223 yr Yeah, but having the Oasis fans and some solo backing to support, 15k sales for live album isn't probably the hardest thing to do, as even some re-issues sell 5k. His MTV Unplugged was #1 two years ago. (I don't think Little Monsters are that avid vinyl fans anyway, at least based on the BTW and DoC sales last year) Edited May 31, 20223 yr by Sour Candy
May 31, 20223 yr Oasis fans are not fans, they are collectors, if Noel released a live album of lullabies singing in the shower they would all buy 17 vinyls :D
May 31, 20223 yr If they didn’t care about the music Liam wouldn’t sell such significantly more now than Noel does

May 31, 20223 yr Still same gap between Lizzo and Cat. Hope the former increases her lead tomorrow and if it weren’t for ACR, then RUTH would be in the top 20
May 31, 20223 yr Don’t think the Diplo situation is that strange even if it’s not doing THAT well chart wise it’s still a huge summer song in clubs etc.
