This is a hard one, as I like roughly the same amount of tracks on each album but I think ROL has far stronger singles even though I think breathe is brilliant and I like some kind of bliss alot, did it again was the weaker single from IP and while shocked for me is weakest ROL single I much prefer it to did it again. IP probably has less weaker album tracks than ROL.
Easily Impossible Princess for me - her best album alongside Fever <3
Impossible Princess - Gets my vote for this round. This was Kylie at her most darkest yet most adventurous, she took a huge risk with 'KM'94', but on this Kylie explores her new sound even further with a new found musical freedom and confidence, Kylie spend 2 years writing & recording this project, exploring the deepest depths of her conscience and her very sanity.

What would emerge, would be her most frank and shocking work to date. Kylie at her upmost raw & her most pivitol turning point in her long illustrious career. At the time many were either put off, confused (or both) at this album, but thankfull over time it managed to find the respect it truly deserved. Definately one of Kylie's greatest bodies of work of her entire career. Standouts "Too Far", "Cowboy Style", "Did It Again", "Breathe" & "Limbo".

IP definitely confused people at the time more from a point of view of sound no one knew what direction she was heading. What's ironic really was at the time when the album flopped people wrote both her and the album off when in reality it was a catalyst for what would come and make kylie as big if not bigger than she ever was.
I'm actually going with 'Rhythm of Love'. I really like 'Impossible Princess' too and enjoy the experimenting and the risks she took, but 'Rhythm of Love' is the stronger album for me; it's got bigger highs and it's a sound Kylie's more at ease with.

Rhythm of love has that sense of a home feeling as Kylie really is at home when doing great pop music, i think IP was Kylie showing her darker side but both albums are probably amongst some of her most important albums in terms of longevity. The vote is nice and close which makes it more exciting as its hard to know what album will win.
Impossible Princess, for the reason I stated many times. Without the DeCon era, Kylie wouldn't be the artist that she is today.

I do agree about the decon era it was the making of Kylie in many ways, while its hard seeing Ip as her lowest selling album it was something that made her, everything was working against Kylie at that time and the public had just lost interest which wasnt helped by the label in a financial mess and not having a clue how to market Kylie. While i really want IP on viny for myself l i do also think if released at the right time it could get a decent chart position and also help get some well deserved sales,

All of this!!

Rhythm of Love as it houses Better The Devil You Know and What Do I Have To Do.

Impossible Princess is also among some of Kylie's best work

Impossible Princess. Aside from my personal disdain at the launch single choice, the entire album has a more mature sound. You can tell it was a passion project. This is where Kylie grew from a fantastic performer into an artist. Sublime.
