What a brilliant episode. The best since episode 2. Jinkx was phenomenal in the challenge and Raja and Viv were very good too. I LOVED the runways.
I would have had the same top 2 as last week, I would put Viv over Raja, it was very close but I thought Viv taking the piss out of herself with the drunk character was hilarious and she was committed even when she wasn't actually on stage and just watching the others! She was so different to the others as she had the character too and that really stood out to me. Raja did have the best runwy (yet again) though! Jinkx was the best overall for me as she had the balance of comedy and inspirational so I'm glad she smashed the week again.

Top 2 for me were Raja and The Vivienne. The runways this week were so good - everyone looked amazing.

The Vivienne has basically f***ed herself though. Blocking Monet and then admitting that she wanted to block Jinkx instead. If she had just blocked Jaida she would've likely been in a much better position. Although I'm enjoying the drama!

I just love this season. I wish that future all stars would have this format. So nice to see it being a celebration of queens and they get to show everything that they’ve brought.
The format is great but idk if it would work for every season, they could do a Legends season with like really strong finalists and robbed queens etc. and I think it would get more people to come back too. Like I'm thinking All Stars finalists like say Detox, Shangela, Eureka, Ra'Jah, and then like DeLa/Pangina/Manila.

I think it would only work for seasons with very strong queens. Hopefully we'll get all winners seasons every few cycles of all stars.

It's also a good way to take a break from normal All Stars and allow more cycles of drag race to happen so there'll be more queens to choose from for the next "normal" season of All Stars.

I don't think the format needs to be applied to all future All Stars seasons, but they should remove queens eliminating each other going forward. What could replace that?
I can't see anything wrong with it still being lipsync for your life tbh, I feel like there's quite a few instances where queens kinda give up after being in the bottom (Ongina, Mayhem, A'Keria) and I kiiind of get it, you're in the bottom and have no control over whether you stay really. Whereas if you can still lipsync for your life, you can show that fire and drive to stay. To make it maybe "elevated" for All Stars, it could be a talent show type thing and providing the show can get the rights, they could choose a song and do their own thing for it

I don't see any argument that Jinkx couldn't have been top 2. She was easily the best of the week, by far. And had one of the better runways too. There's arguments for both Raja and Viv in the next slot, but where the Viv was funnier, hers didn't take the format of a inspirational speech weaved in with the comedy as well as some of the others, it was more of a TV sketch (which was apparently a full on recreation of something else). And Raja's runway was better than the Viv's so I think it was the correct top 2.

But I'm totally in awe of Jinkx, hers was leagues above anything I've seen on any of those challenges before, the level of professionalism. She's doing it better than some of the world's top comedians.

This to me felt like a make-up top 2 for Raja for doing so well the last few weeks, she was safe and no more for me here. I would have put Yvie, The Vivienne and Jaida above her, as well as Jinkx.

I will say I didn't quite get the concept of the challenge, was it serious or not? I thought Jinkx's thing was funny but there wasn't really a message to it the way there was with Yvie's, Viv's, Jaida's and even Monet, Trinity and Shea's.

Don't ignore your trauma, face up to it now — it can just create bigger problems for you in the future otherwise. It seemed like a pretty obvious message to me?

Maybe? Idk, it gave me the same vibe as the one woman show challenge in AS6. Is it meant to be a real story or not? I find it hard to believe that she was knocked over by a car and is totally fine. And if it's just meant to be a comedy story, then that should have been made clear because all the others were working in the dark then.

Even if it wasn't a true story, how does that change anything and why is Jinkx being singled out when 2 other queens played a character?

It's a comedy challenge on Drag Race, I'm pretty sure they all knew what they were doing.
