There must be more to it, I mean these acts may be past their peak by a few years but I'm sure they're not so completely persona non grata that he should be completely blacklisted when the songs are showing obvious potential elsewhere.

I feel like Alesso must have done something to really piss them off.

"Doja" now #1, gross. Hoping Beyonce can keep him off next week with the album release hopefully.

Worst of all, it could be #1 before Doja Cat's had one herself (she hasn't been #1 on Spotify either iirc).

I've not heard it so far but considering Central Cee's other singles I'm not eager to hear
Just imagine "Let Me Blow Ya Mind" instrumental as a drill song and him rapping over it for 90 seconds and you've basically heard it lol.

I really do try to keep an open mind when it comes to these drill tracks sampling 00s classics, but of all the ones that could have reached #1 on Spotify this is truly hideous.
only good thing is Alexa does not approve and Central C is doing nothing so far on Amazon :D
"Doja" now #1, gross. Hoping Beyonce can keep him off next week with the album release hopefully.

Doja is currently 207k ahead though :arrr:

I suspect he's just not eligible for their "popular songs" daily chart but is doing reasonable numbers there too - he was #39 in their "Most Played" weekly chart based on only his first 3-4 days of streams.

I seriously think that 'Doja' will be the worst no.1 of all time if it gets there officially period. Worse than 'Freaky Friday' and the Ladbaby records.

I've not heard it so far but considering Central Cee's other singles I'm not eager to hear

I really liked 'Khabib' and 'Straight Back to It', but 'Doja' isn't as good sadly imo, as the production isn't as interesting :(

Edited by The Sake

LF System seems to be losing steam now... so our only hope is Beyonce with the album effect, which should easily eat the 200K deficit she has now...
If that thing goes to #1 it would just be abysmal in so many ways. I'd rather have one of the love island core dance tracks or that dull ass George Ezra song at #1 than a minute and a half of horseshit.... and the fact that it would outpeak Let Me Blow Ya Mind and every actual Doja track if it went to #1... urgh I just can't.
