That 'most played' link says that it is 'curated by Amazon's music experts' which makes me think it's more like an Amazon version of Hot Hits than an actual chart. Something is very sus with it if not.

I think TikTok is helping Nicki out a bit here, seems to be a pretty popular sound on there. I wasn't feeling it at first but it's grown on me.

 

Wow at Big City Life so high on Amazon if that's in any way an accurate 'most played' chart.

Tbf the track is currently at #39 on Apple so it is theoretically possible, but I agree it's more likely a curated playlist.

BOTA is #1 combined on Spotify. Looks like it could snatch #1 next week. I just hope ATF goes to ACR

I wonder how Sam Ryder is going to chart. Was there any UK artist that had a top-40 hit after Eurovision since Jade Ewen?

I reckon this’ll be the next big dance hit. It’s currently #3 on the Spotify Uk viral chart, and is basically just a remix of Oliver Tree’s ‘Jerk’.

There's a great remix of 'Jerk' by Skeler as well. Quickly skimmed this one to see if it was sneakily ripping that off (it isn't, but this one sounds fairly decent too).

The Spotify viral chart is a great way to see what will end up in the main chart eventually, BOTA and Mary On A Cross were there quite a while before they made an appearance in the Top 200!
