Another casualty is ‘Closer’ which almost made the auto-qualifiers list last year, however this year drops from 37 to 73. However whilst there have been some drops, there are some noticeable gains; ‘All Night’ climbs 8 places to 66 and ‘Sorry’ climbs 8 to 63. There are also some big climbs as ‘Breath’ climbs from 93 to 54, ‘Good Grief’ rises to 53, ‘My Way’ climbs into the top 50 at 47 and ‘Hurts’ and ‘Sound of Silence’ climb to 46 and 45 respectively/ Meanwhile ‘Dangerous Woman climbs to 39 and ‘Send My Love’ climbs to 37, the latter was in the running for the semis at one point, however its vote petered out towards the end of the vote. Daft Punk) - Starboy 01 01 535 Ariana Grande - Into You Not a lot of changes here in terms of what makes it apart from ‘This Girl’ which climbs a place to number 5. ‘Into You’ and ‘Faded’ were the top 2 for most of the vote, however in the end ‘Faded’ didn’t have the best run at the end and drops 2 places to 4 whilst ‘Into You’ finishes over 100pts clear of 2nd place. ‘Starboy’ had a great run at the end and finishes as runner-up this year, just ahead of ‘Tilted/ Christine’. September 1, 20222 yr An Ariana Grande album track debuting in the top 20 *.* 'Greedy' is my favourite song from 'Dangerous Woman' so that is brilliant to see! Elsewhere in the top 20, I'm pleasantly surprised to see 'Saint Claude' in there as it wasn't a hit of any kind here (although was sent to BJSC) - I actually like it even more than 'Tilted' :heart: Ooft those drops for 'Stressed Out' and especially 'Somebody Else' :( I'm not a massive fan of The 1975 or anything but the latter is excellent. Well, at least they're still in the AQ zone. Unlike poor 'Vroom Vroom' with its also hefty drop - a song which I was, admittedly, very late to - but I did a complete 180 with it over the past couple of years. Boo! None of my nominations even cracking the top 70
