And yeah I've always wondered what everyone's problem is with Band Aid II, it's really not that bad, it's basically just a poppier version of the original, what's to hate? I think the only thing that makes it not horrendous is the actual melody which is sweet. The trite lyrics, the plodding beat, the talking, the multiple screeching key changes… it’s like a grim Boney M parody.
