It doesn't matter. Another Love's reset this week is a continuation of its previous reset, and it went to ACR during the same period as Anti-Hero, Made You Look, etc so therefore is eligible for a reset on the same grounds they are. There's no use arguing it, that's what's happened and the OCC obviously aren't changing it.

It's not a mistake but as I explained before, the last-minute resets meant some of these posts simply cannot be accurate. It's on SCR.

But it was on SCR in December and everything that went from SCR to ACR in December got arbitrarily reset.

 

I don’t think it’s a good system either but it would make even less sense to just make a deliberate exception for Another Love, especially as it’s one of the ones that was closest to benefiting from it and saw a genuine rise in popularity in the last week.

No worries! It wasn't too bad actually, the only ones I didn't have prepped in advance were either skipped (Ghost of You, All for You) or announced as re-entering at the start (Hide & Seek) so I had time to prep :lol:

I don't think people are explicitly calling it a 'Christmas song' rather pointing out that it was only ever charting so high because Amazon tacked the orchestral version on to their Christmas playlists.

It was doing well even before Amazon decided to class it as a Xmas song and now, it’s dropped out. If we’re gonna refer to Firebabe as a Xmas song, then we can refer to Love Me Like You by Little Mix as a Xmas song. Both songs are non-Xmas songs with Xmas versions of both songs. And also, watch Firebabe get an appearance on NOW 114 at the end of March

I'm not saying it's a Christmas song, i'm saying it was the version that Alexa decided to class as a Christmas song that put it in the top 10, it wasn't doing that well without it as evidenced by it's 40 place drop.

He’s now gone back to H&S, hence why he released the FLO remix of that song today

Oh My God didn't go to ACR last Christmas so didn't need a reset - instead Easy On Me got one (and then I Drink Wine did after the Brits performance).

I believe the way they did it is that only the current single is reset. We now Shivers wasn't reset last year, but i think Overpass Graffitti was - though perhaps Shivers fell to ACR before December? So Anti-Hero was the current single (until today where they start pushing Lavender Haze).
