OMG, surely this is a future UK hit?

I suddenly had visions of the Cha Cha Cha refrain being sung everywhere.

I think more there will be more Eurovision hits than usual this year anyway as we're taking it so much more seriously, hosting it, screening both semis as well as the final, the songs will be everywhere.

The "Cha Cha Cha" chant is simply too catchy not to absolutely light up social media and become a solid hit. I am fully team Soumi this year, idc what anyone else puts out
I'll be here :D

Seriously though, I can see this winning as it's accessible but quirky too

Yeah, it gives me the same 'winner' vibes as Think About Things did. Of course that never got its chance but still became a hit anyway.

I'm not sure Loreen would win against this. Obviously the element of surprise isn't there anymore with her. It's simply another fantastic song/performance by an artist we already know is fantastic. This has more viral potential I'd imagine but I couldn't see that it wouldn't be these two duking it out.

Unless: Ukraine blitz the televote again and the juries love them too, or the UK send Rina and she gives the performance of her life (but I still can't really see her getting past Käärijä).

I really don't think the Ukrainian track is as good as Kallush was. That was a deserving winner, but I can't see anything other than a straight bar fight between Loreen and Käärijä. And honestly I am already more hype for ESC at the prospect of that than I ever have been

Don't like this at all. Been listening to it for a few weeks now and it hasn't clicked. The pop melody works as a good contrast but I dont like what it is contrasted against.

Fantastic news to wake up to such a LANDSLIDE :D

Team Finland this year wholeheartedly

is finland ok? do we need to call a friend?

Finland coming through with a show stealer :deadbanana: also probably the closest thing we've gotten to an Electric Callboy eurovision entry

I love a lot of this track but does anyone else find the sung part a bit naff? Maybe I’ll change my mind after some more listens.

This just isn’t clicking with me, I’ve listened to it lots - maybe it will when I see the live performance?

At the moment it’s very much in the ‘overhyped by Eurovision fans’ category for me.
