Jessica Cornish still a queen. :P

I think I didnt vote in this thing last time. So, thats probably the main reason of this climb.

Becky Hill and Jessie J should be in the worst ever category

Rather than top 100 for me

I think Becky Hill is very talented, it's a shame she's now fallen into this rut of releasing the same song over and over the over again.

Yeah, I know what you mean, I do wish her releases were a bit more varied and adventurous. I love her voice on whatever she releases though!

BIGGEST HIT: FAST CAR (#4, 2010)

Lauryn , if only she had more discography becuase her voice and rapping are of extreme quality!

Fell in love with her when i saw sister act 2

I was too late to vote but out of the females mentioned so far, I gave the following points:

11 points - Cheryl

9 points - Demi Lovato

6 points - Tracy Chapman

4 points - Nicola Roberts

2 points - Carole King

Funnily enough when we get another Slumdog Millionaire inspired hit recharting ('Dog Days Are Over') we get MIA on this who was a victim of Super Bowl selective blame culture as per Janet Jackson.

Another day with two losses. My 3 favourites from Lauryn Hill outside The Fugees are Doo Wop (That Thing), Lost Ones and Ex-Factor - such a shame she never properly followed up her debut album. For Tracy Chapman they are Fast Car, Talkin' Bout A Revolution and If Not Now... - again, all from her debut.
A little surprising that no one voted for M.I.A. last time!

Tracy Chapman and Lauryn Hill deserve much higher!!! Pure talent!

Tracy Chapman's debut is one of the best albums in the history of music, a masterclass in singer-songwriting

Fast Car is a classic but Baby Can I Hold You should have been a hit

by her, not the stupid silly Boyzone cover

Lauryn Hill is pure genius, pity she doesn't seem too interested in making albums, but her debut is amazing

Im a bad fan forgetting to vote for Rosalia, totally forgot she had had that hit with Billie.

I would have easily given her 20 points at least

That's all of my 1-6 pointers out now (plus Lauryn with 18). My favourites from ROSALÍA are DESPECHÁ, LLYLM and MALAMENTE plus she is one of the biggest stars worldwide currently.

I hadn't considered Ava but probably should have as Sweet But Psycho is still a huge fave of mine and a few tracks from her latest album were great too (best of all Dancing's Done), but maybe she doesn't have the most consistent of a limited discography so far.
