Second albums had its moments, but for the third one I only really liked You Ruin Me and If You Love Someone. Haven’t heard their last two albums from 2021.

'If You Love Someone' is one of the worst tracks on the album for me oops.

I still haven't heard Human, Godzilla traumatised me so much I couldn't find the will. I need to get round to it though.

Human was definitely better than Godzilla, which was a bit of a racket, but neither touch any of their previous albums.

Haha, I don’t like it as much as I use to though. Can see why people wouldn’t like it.

You Ruin Me is great though.

Oh yes, I loved that track too, I have her album and it's pretty good. Cascada did cover some unexpected songs.

Just Like A Pill and Skater Boy stand out for me as unexpected covers. What’s Going On by Casey Donovan (Australian Idol series 2 winner) was also another The Veronica’s penned track.

Wow, I've loved 'All About Us' forever and never knew The Veronicas wrote it...it makes sense!

I just listened to Whitney Houston - Million Dollar Bill which went top 5 in 2009. Definitely seems forgotten to me, I haven't seen or heard it anywhere in years.

I hear it all the time in gay bars (both that and the Freemasons remix of it), but I'm unsure how remembered it is outside these environments.

I hear it all the time outside of those environments too. It’s really popular within my circles of friends, like to the point where I feel it must be doing the rounds on TikTok or something to have the sort of reach it does. I hear it in town just as much as I Wanna Dance With Somebody or How Will I Know.

I do hear 'Million Dollar Bill' on Heart Fm on the odd occasion. 'All About Us' is great as well  and The Veronicas 2014 album is great too. Never heard the 2009 album before so could be a good one indeed to suggest for future albums. I never got the appeal of 'Untouched' back then (unpopular opinion) but I've come round to it since. The strings on it are fab though!
In retrospect, I'm not sure why I posted since we're discussing UK top 10s and I'm not in the UK.

Dante Thomas - Miss California (ft. Pras)

Not sure how well remembered this is in the UK but this was massive in Australia for the summer of 2001/02.

I went on holiday to Tunisia in 2001 and Miss California was playing every few hours by the swimming pools! I don’t think I’d have particularly known it otherwise.
Yeah, I saw it missed the top 20 in the UK, it git to #5 in Australia. I think being released around summertime helped it.

I was thinking it must have been huge in Germany too, because it appears on loads of German 00s compilations I've got. Just checked and it got to No.1 there.

I do remember its UK release and thinking it would be a lot bigger than it was.

Here are a few more forgotten hits from the 2000's.

Stop Sign for Abs too, which got to 10 in 2003.

Quite a forgettable solo career all round although there was a nice song called 7 Ways on his album. I can’t remember if it was maybe due to be a single and cancelled.

That was a surprising underperformance for me. Quite like Switch It On.
