March 8, 20233 yr The gap has closed from ~3.3k to ~2.9k. The missing day's Spotify should be maybe 1-1.5k in favour of PinkPantheress so it'll be close but I think she'll need at least an extra 1k from CDs, probably more.

Okay then Congrats on missing the point :rolleyes: There’s a difference between having a hit song in the streaming era and having a hardcore fanbase who will spend the money on concert tickets and physical products, that takes time to build and one or two hit songs generally aren’t enough to have that. Obviously someone like Miley or Taylor is going to sell more CDs than a new artist just starting out.
