April 29, 20233 yr All my votes got through, woop woop! Sad to see Scotland 2 out from semi 1 though.
April 29, 20233 yr Ah shame but I would have felt a bit guilty if i’d got through and not voted I suppose. I’ll be honest if i’d such a hectic week I haven’t even listened to the other entries yet but I promise i’ll vote in the final. Congrats to everyone who got through.
April 29, 20233 yr 3 of my faves gone :/ 12 10 Trifoski - PASSENGER OF SHIT - Staple Tape Worms On My Penis 08 07 06 Republic of Adonia - Irmãs De Pau - Shambaralai 05 Neliönoir - Sudan Archives - ChevyS10 04 03 02 01
April 29, 20233 yr Nelionoir </3 I preferred this to their entry last month, had a great build. 10; Danæviia - Andromida - Paradox 08; Taahino - Craig Wedren & Anna Waronker - No Return (Extended Version) 07; Pestolia - Furfriend - Fist f*** (Original Mix) 01; Neliönoir - Sudan Archives - ChevyS10 Definitely could've gone better, let's hope Semi 1 can fill in those gaps!
April 29, 20233 yr From my votes/rankings 12 QUALIFIED 10 QUALIFIED 8 REPUBLIC OF ADONIA 7 DANÆVIIA 6 QUALIFIED 5 QUALIFIED 4 QUALIFIED 3 QUALIFIED 2 QUALIFIED 1 QUALIFIED 11th Pestolia 16th Neliönoir 18th Taahino 19th Freedonia 20th Kingdom of Horanius 21st Kyriatine 22nd Trifoski 24th Zanmatony 26th Yobnedorica 28th Flynnonda 29th Jupiterdonia My top 6 or so were my main big takeaways from this semi so it's a shame to lose 2 of those but overall could be worse. (I think any of those in the top 20 might have challenged for a point or 2 if they grew on me just a little bit, there wasn't a lot of difference between my opinion on all of those songs, just all bunching up on 'pretty good') Thank you for the hosting Yob :jump:
April 29, 20233 yr Not sure if Trifoski DNQing will make their next entry be more or less weird  wouldn't you like to know? ◕‿↼
April 29, 20233 yr Author Check out how close it was… https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/u/0/d/...-ZksUc/htmlview
April 29, 20233 yr Math (probably) costing his own qualification by not voting again Big sad at TARO Bellamia being out on a tiebreak. Very close for Skall and Danæviia too </3 (and Kyriatine 21st yet again... welp)
April 29, 20233 yr Jæja, prob for the best tbh because life has suddenly become incredibly intense and probably will be for the next few months so I honestly don't know if (a) I can even vote in the final and (b) I can participate in the next few editions anyway. Think I may need to take a break for a few months 😔 21st yet again feels a bit poetic tho ❤️ Edit: just to be clear, I will try to vote, of course, but I can't promise anything
April 29, 20233 yr 12 Q 10 30. The Actual Republic of Bellamia - Cub Sport - Hold 8 Q 7 Q 6 Q 5 Q 4 Q 3 Q 2 20. Harmonica - Caroline Jones - Lawless 1 Q The Bellamia DNQ is illegal! I'm less surprised about mine but we were both so close.
April 29, 20233 yr Can't say I'm not still really gutted about the DNQ, especially with how close it was. Just goes to show I don't have a *clue* what does well in BJSC (though I imagine the song would qualify under other circumstances). At a bit of a loss for where to go so probably going to sit out for a while. Will vote in the final of course but BJSC doesn't really feel worth my time any more. Thanks for the Cub Sport love in the thread x
