According to Warner Music UK he is releasing “Mountain” on May 5th. It’s a bad decision imo but ok.

Why? It makes sense to have something new out just before Eurovision.

It’s not good.

It’s not good.

Fair enough! I see he did it live a while ago, I'll have to check it out.

Looking forward to ‘Mountain’. It’s sounds really good going by this performance.

I think it’s great, was one of the highlights of the show when I saw him live a few weeks ago. Makes sense to tack it onto a re-release of the album in time for Eurovision.

No doubt he'll have a performance slot at Eurovision, in one of the semis or the final. Although it's pretty unorthodox for the previous year's runner up to have a performance the following year, unless he performs with Kalush maybe.

It is but it's different circumstances. I'm sure he will be allowed to perform and he said he will be hanging out at the EuroVillage for a lot of the week. Eurovisioncast said a big British artist has been booked to perform which suggests there might be interval acts from both the UK and Ukraine.

He filmed something for TikTok (a sponsor) related to Eurovision last month as it was on the clapperboard.

As expected it’s been announced that Sam will be performing in the final - could be a massive single/album boost for him as a result :cheer:

Sounds decent - hopefully it will give him another Top 40 post the Eurovision performance, I really wish ‘More’ had taken off though - such a great track.

Sounding great after two listens and should go down well live on Saturday!

Great track, love the underlying message in the song. I hope it makes an impact!
