Edit : I've changed my vote after initially saying I can't separate act from art really but the Westlife song is very terrible. So 'The World's Greatest'is spared x I also like others really like the song itself so a shame about the circumstances.

Would be in my too half of the rank too oop.

I’m voting Westlife anyway. In things like this, the quality of the song must come first and this is possibly the laziest thing Westlife ever did.

I'm gonna separate artist from art here as I do actually like that R Kelly song, likewise I'm not shedding any tears if people want to go for it x

Also this list is pretty woeful so I can't lie, Westlife first as per x

'Too Busy Thinking About My Baby' was just a B Side on that Steps single, it's not a Double A Side! So it doesn't need to be included in the poll.

Voted for Westlife because it is perhaps their most boring single of all (an achievement!). Wow at someone thinking Steps' single is worse so far.

I was taking it from how it was put down in the UK forum..in the sales sub forum it's listed like that for some reason but yeah will edit that out :P

Here's some back story to this! Probably not interesting to most but I thought I'd share this anyway!

Steps' contract stipulated that every single they released with Jive Records had to include a Pete Waterman produced song on it.

Up to and including 'Stomp' (released in October 2000), every Steps single was produced by him (alongside Mark Topham & Karl Twigg). However, 'It's the Way You Make Me Feel' (January 2001) marked the first time that Steps released a single using different producers (Jörgen Elofsson & David Kreuger).

To adhere to their contract, they included 'Too Busy Thinking About My Baby' on the single's track list. This song was originally included on the 2000 "Motown Mania" compilation album that was entirely produced by Pete Waterman. Simply including it wasn't enough though, attention also had to be drawn to his song on the single artwork as well, so it includes the text: "including Too Busy Thinking About My Baby". This caused some confusion at the time as to whether the single was a Double A Side or not, but it was eventually considered not to be and that it was just a B Side. The song is not included on any of their Greatest Hits albums.

Follow up single 'Here and Now'/'You'll Be Sorry' (June 2001) was a Double A Side - 'You'll Be Sorry' was Pete Waterman produced, the other song wasn't by him.

'Chain Reaction' (September 2001) was produced by Graham Stack & Mark Taylor. For this single, the US Remix of 'One for Sorrow' was included on the track list / written on the artwork. That remix is from Summer 1999 and that song was originally produced by Pete Waterman. Again, at the time it was a little confusing whether it was actually a Double A Side of 'Chain Reaction'/'One for Sorrow', but in the end it is considered that 'Chain Reaction' is the stand alone single.

'Words Are Not Enough'/'I Know Him So Well' (December 2001) - the latter song is the Pete Waterman representation. Oddly this single actually is officially a Double A Side, their last before they split up. 'I Know Him So Well' was taken from the "ABBA Mania" compilation album from November 1999!

"Rose" always will remind about my old Internet friend, it was her all-time favourite.

Voted for (against) Mika.

Obvs Westlife going first - at least it’s for a lazy cover
The only truly naff song on the list - Foo Fighters ^_^
I have no memory whatsoever of 411 so I voted for that, though on checking I found it peaked at 75 in my charts. Which is still lower than everything else....
