Scissor Sisters recorded a radically re-arranged disco-oriented version of Comfortably Numb which was released in January 2004 on Polydor. This release reached #10 on the UK Singles Chart. The original version of the song was from Pink Floyd. This cover received a Grammy nomination for Best Dance Recording but lost to Toxic by Britney Spears.

Filthy/Gorgeous, I prefer Mary to that and Comfortably Numb but I'm not surprised it went earlier.

I remember thinking Comfortably Numb was such a weird song at the time but I really like it, a very interesting and radical take on such a famous song!

Filthy Gorgeous once again.
