With a mere eight months of production under his belt, the track has marked a transformative milestone. Derived from D-Block Europe track “Ferrari Horses,” featuring the enchanting vocals of songstress RAYE, the producer’s trance-infused adaptation was conceived on his university laptop earlier this year. Enthralled by the captivating vocals, he envisioned a euphoric pluck and an assertive bassline that would escalate into an explosive drop, breathing new life into the track’s sonic landscape. - GRM Daily Top 100 Chart History cassö 2023 32 Prada (cassö, RAYE & D-Block Europe) -NAS- 0 x #1 | 0 x Top 5 | 0 x Top 10 | 0 x Top 20 | 1 x Top 40 | 1 x Top 100 RAYE 2016 15 By Your Side (Jonas Blue feat. August 18, 20233 yr is it just me or does it feel like the chart is being rushed through? tbf im not able to listen as often anymore cos of work so im not sure if its the usual lolll
August 18, 20233 yr 2 raye songs in the top 40 simultaneously in 2023?! wow so proud of her  this version is alright, nothing special though. i do quite like ferrari horses tbh so thats helping (also how there is so little d block in this version lmao)
August 18, 20233 yr Author Honestly this song is trash in any form but I suppose this version at least has some energy to it. Still, could do without
August 18, 20233 yr So this is a remix of Ferrari Horses I guess? At least it’s one of the more tolerable DBE songs
August 18, 20233 yr The original Ferrari Horses was one of the few DBE records I liked but this is awful
August 18, 20233 yr This instantly outpeaking everything from RAYE's album except Escapism. and everything DBE have released this year except Pakistan... it does sort of work though!
August 18, 20233 yr Author 31 | 41 | 5th week Sonny Fodera and MK featuring Clementine Douglas Asking Non-album single Released: 7th July 2023 Label: Solotoko Chart Statistics NE (27/07/2023) | 95-61-51-41-31 Sales: 30k+ Certification: - Status: Standard Chart Ratio 33 Sales 00 Audio Streaming 00 Video Streaming Video Jckql0mdf_c Biography Sonny Fodera Since his first release at the age of 23, Australian born, London based Sonny Fodera has crafted his own unique brand of groove-driven and emotive house music that resonates with devoted fans around the world. His masterful mixing in the booth and renowned DJ sets have lead to multiple sold-out tours in the UK and N.America, including 2 x headline nights at Brixton Academy, Mayfield Depot in Manchester, The Shrine in LA & Avant Gardner in NYC, whilst also holding down a summer residency at Amnesia in Ibiza. Sonny also tirelessly travels the globe playing sets at countless major festivals including Coachella, Glastonbury, EDC Vegas & Tomorrowland to name a few. His standout remixes and original material have achieved more than a dozen top tens in the Beatport charts, proving that he is very much shaping the landscape for fans and DJs alike. Unquestionably, Sonny is one of dance music’s fastest-growing acts, while remaining independent, releasing on his own imprint Solotoko. - Apple Music MK Marc Kinchen’s touch is subtle, but it has changed the course of dance music multiple times. Born in 1972, the Detroit native got his start crafting moody, groove-heavy deep house for Kevin Saunderson’s KMS label when he was just 17. By the early ’90s, Kinchen (better known as MK) was making his mark on underground dance floors with hits like “Always” and “Love Changes,” balancing strident drum programming with punchy keys and organ bass—a signature sound that quickly found him rising in stature as the industry’s go-to remixer, racking up credits for The B-52’s, Pet Shop Boys, Céline Dion, Moby, and dozens more across pop, dance, and R&B. In the 2000s, he shifted his focus to hip-hop and made beats for Will Smith and Pitbull, but as deep house came back into vogue, a new generation of fans gravitated to MK’s early work. It was his 2013 remix for Storm Queen’s “Look Right Through”—skeletal, funky, and easily mistaken for an actual product of ’90s vintage—that marked MK’s return to dance music, followed by still more remixes (Duke Dumont, Sam Smith, Clean Bandit, and even Nile Rodgers got the MK treatment) and jubilant throwback anthems like 2016’s “Piece of Me” and 2017’s “17.” In the new material, MK gave classic piano house a state-of-the-art update, yielding a sleek, punchy sound akin to future house. - Apple Music Top 100 Chart History Sonny Fodera 2019 51 One Night (MK & Sonny Fodera feat. August 18, 20233 yr Omg Prada is sounding amazing! D-Block Europe finally justifying their existence? :kink:
August 18, 20233 yr Not a fan of this at all on first listen, one of the weaker dance offerings in the chart.
August 18, 20233 yr I've yet to really get into 'Asking', but I'm sure it'll happen the more I hear it.
August 18, 20233 yr Author This is veeery generic, not doing anything for me oops. Don't think I've really liked any of MK's top 40 hits
