From Mariah's 10th album the Emancipation Of Mimi, lead single 'It's Like That' leaps out for an early exit here considering how big a star like Mariah is as it received 13 votes from 37. Peaking at 4 it was written because LA Reid wanted Mariah to write more stronger material to bank on making a successful album. The hook to the song is borrowed from Run DMC's 'Hollis Crew' and 'Here We Go (Live)'!

Wow, I didn't really see that coming, it was top 10 on the Mariah rate.

 

I think I'll go with Lemar this time as the lyrics are a bit cringey from what I recall, 'the ooh the ahh the ooh, the sounds of the birds and the bees bringing you to your knees' :lol:

Yeah I wouldn't have called Mariah going 9th before I saw the votes incoming for her oops.

 

It would be a couple down in terms of what I'd go for next!

I’m not a huuuge Mariah fan, not gonna lie… and It’s Like That is one of my favourite songs of hers :lol: So, suffice to say I do not understand that result. Something something chickens is ash and I’m lotion something something.

Went for Lemar as realistically it's between him & Enrique now and I have a soft spot for Not In Love.

Completely dumbfounded by that result?! :blink:

voted for Enrique but not too fussed about Lemar heading out first as he'd be my next target

Missed the first few rounds of this - seriously, whaaat at 'Addictive' going first, would be top 3 for me for definite.

 

Voted 'Real Girl' as I can't remember anything about it apart from the Lenny Kravitz sample and < 'Song 4 Mutya'.
