Quickly sent some votes - am absolutely certain I will have left out people I really enjoy the music of though

Garyfeld, WhoOdyssey and *Dandy- please check your PM's- there are issues with the lists - sorry.

*Amended *accordingly

I always wonder with these how the results would change if we allowed people without top 40 hits. I'd imagine there would be a few who may feature relatively highly without that rule - depending upon who votes, I could definitely see the likes of Sufjan Stevens attracting some decent support on here

Results will start at around 6pm today- we've ended up with 41 voters, 16 more than last time around. We'll see just how our tastes have changed in the last 3.5 years. We have almost 370 males nominated so it's going to be a long ride!- There also 173 new entries into the survey,

BIGGEST HIT: YOU CAN’T STOP THE REIGN (#40, 1997)

Jamie a bit of an unexpected choice but he has one of the smoothest voices I've ever heard, so snuck him in there *.*

Love 'Wicked Game' and 'Blue Hotel' by Chris Isaak but don't know anything else!

Richard Ashcroft will also suffer with his work with The Verve being viewed as far superior.
Karl Denver's unique vocal style has been a great discovery from listening to the songs from 1961-1963 for my Record Of The Week 60 Years Ago thread.
Love 'Wicked Game' and 'Blue Hotel' by Chris Isaak but don't know anything else!

I think they're the two essentials really, 'Blue Hotel' especially is an absolute gem, one of my favourite songs of the 90s!

I knew no one else would vote for Nick Carter but I absolutely loved his debut solo album 'Now Or Never' and still really enjoy listening to it so had to have him in my votes, even if only in last place.

Richard Ashcroft has delivered some quality songs over the years, many of them on par with his work with The Verve IMO, though unfortunately I didn't have room for him in my votes.

Poor Richard Ashcroft being deemed on a par with Ryan Gosling, Shaquille O’Neal and Nick Carter

should have voted for Richard Ashcroft but kinda forgot, love his debut solo album

Chris Isaak is great but kinda knew no one else would vote for him

Shaquille O’Neal

Do like Richard Ashcroft songs tho like 'Break The Night With Colour' and Basshunter I did enjoy some tracks of too sns!

Loved 'A Song for the Lovers' but prob vote for Verve instead.
Today I learned Shaquille O'Neal had a top 40 hit :cheeseblock:
Exactly what I was about to post!
