In something of a surprise result, Chumbawamba - Tubthumping triumphed the best poll with 13 votes, trumping popular faves from The Verve, Dario G and Blur which respectively finished 1, 2 and 3 votes behind.

 

With 11 votes, Will Smith - Just The Two Of Us won the worst poll more comfortably, being the only song to reach double figures.

Voted for Fatboy Slim and Stardust this week :wub: in least favourite I chose T-Spoon (poor Cartoons x)

I could have voted for all the worst options here and added a handful more to them, but I've just gone for Boyzone with the nadir of their six #2s.

Went for Fatboy, Alice, Blur and Corrs (someone has to defend the lovely MOR pop haha)

 

Worst: T Spoon - all the boyband stuff is much of a muchness

Fatboy Slim, Stardust and Artful Dodger for best (Alice Deejay a close 4th), I am tempted to vote for 2 songs for worst but will stick with just voting for the one which is T-Spoon, the Boyzone song is dreck as well though.

A pretty easy top 5 of Music Sounds Better With You, Tender, Right Here Right Now, Better Off Alone & Re-Rewind for best.

 

This may be the first time I like one of the winning songs for Worst as I've always found Cartoons and T-Spoon enjoyable despite their tackiness :ph34r: Voted for Boyzone which was probably the worst thing I've heard from them.

This is an injustice! I thought Cartoons went down surprisingly well! :o

 

Obviously second only to when London Boys were omitted from the best song poll :kink:

I would unironically rank Cartoons ahead of 2 or 3 of the songs that are on the best list :lol:

Five and Another Level for the worst.

Slipped out of favour with these oops but in the nick of time with the last one then lol.

 

Voted for... Perfect 10, Runaway, Tender, Right Here Right Now, My Love Is Your Love and Better Off Alone for best option here.

 

and just checked the Another Level track as it's the only one I didn't know and it's really naff so my vote goes there for least fave. T Spoon and Cartoons are guilty pleasures :kink:

I was def moving away from chart stuff this time a tad - just the one major classic for me (Fatboy Slim) though Whitney, Stardust are great records. Some of the others could do with being in with the worst bunch :teresa: :lol:

 

That said, I dont hate any of the worst options, but neither do I love them, so went for the silliest option cos I wasn't 5-years old oops!
