She wasn't the best by any means, and Aurora absolutely slayed that lip-sync, but I'm sad to see Luna leave. I was starting to warm to her more as the weeks went on.

 

Really hoping Denim isn't a big deal when it comes to lip-syncing and she's gone next week.

There's no way they eliminate another trans contestant after not keeping TGE imo. I'm intrigued to how they do it though.

 

Aimee and Nearah as a double elim next week would be poetic. Nearah might get kept longer though as the villain. I just hope Kitten is safe! my fave

I love how they f***ed with Kiki by putting her envelope at the very bottom sideways and it of course got picked last lmao that was funny even if it’s unintentional.

 

I predicted every single lip sync battle results correctly except for the Nearah x Aurora. Black Velvet was such a perfect song for Nearah, one of the best lip syncs of the season.

 

Venus is growing on me a lot, i hope she gets to the final alongside Aurora and Denim.

Really enjoyed that episode! Really impressed by Aurora and Nearah's lip-sync ability and the last lip sync was excellent! Both have a great musicality and are capable of pulling out the tricks.

 

I was so ready for Nearah to fully f*** up the plot and save Aimee though cause she doesn't see her as a threat. I fully believed Denim when she said she will do whatever the f*ck she wants cause she doesn't care. Denim was the right decision to save at least based on the season and the lip sync tbh!

Aimee really wasted the second chance they gave her. It's kind of hilarious that Nearah knew full well they were going to keep saving her JUST because she was such a villain and so leaned FULLY into it and yet Aimee I guess actually thought she was just as good?

 

I did think this challenge was a bit tight on Kitten though. Making someone who's nearly 60 wear a stiletto heel for a dance challenge that takes up a full day of shooting without letting them go and change in between!

 

It's unfortunate that Kitten left as well because it woulda been nice to have someone to rein in Denim and Venus. The young energy is a lot & Denim particularly is annoying me a wee bit by repeatedly stirring the pot and then playing the uwu what me I'm just a little innocent act after. If you want to be bitchy, own it!

I really wish Nearah had gone the other way with the beaver and saved Aimee just to get rid of more threats and stir the pot even more (and dig Denim an early grave), especially now classic rules are back in place too.

 

Was totally mesmerised watching Aurora in every one of those lip-syncs this week, what a performer!! and Venus put up a good fight with Nearah in the second round. Definitely feels strange that Kitten's gone now, any challenge but this and I feel she'd have made it to the end and been a contender for the win. :(

:puke2: jeez @ that result. Kiki definitely won the lip-sync in my eyes, but of course poor sweet Denim can't go home.

 

I understood the critiques for Nearah to an extent given what she did last week in her lip-syncs, but I really don't think any of the other girls could have slayed that iconic moment from Brooke's time on Drag Race like Nearah did? Parts of it were like watching the actual lip-sync.

And with that, we have our top 4 and a finale next week! It's been a run of stellar episodes and this one was no exception plus some more touching scenes to balance out the cvntiness of recent eps.

Loved that episode. Some pretty bog-standard makeovers but such a lovely, warm atmosphere all round just celebrating everyone's drag and how far they've all come. Now Venus or Aurora to take the crown please :cheer: any of them but Denim x

Denim had the only great makeover for me tbh, Aurora’s was decent but her friend didn’t look that different and Venus was kind of similar, both of them were pretty basic for being semi final looks but then I guess makeovers often are as it’s a difficult challenge so the last thing they want to do is make something complex. Denim’s was simple but she’s the only one who had her signature style all over the look and was a transformation fully.

 

This season is weird, I like the whole top 4 but none of them really have huge winner vibes, I feel like this season has been great TV first and foremost and then it’s like oh yeah it’s a drag competition too :lol: I do really like Aurora though, she has that star power for me out of any of them. I like Venus but she kind of just gives me twink who happens to be good at Drag Race, I don’t think if you look at the other 3 past winners, she is on that level.

there really is very minimal winner energy in this top 4. for me it can only be venus, but i have a feeling they’re going to give it to denim.

I'm fairly certain it'll go to Aurora Matrix. I agree with your comments though, Liam and Chris. I've LOOOOOOOOVED this series, probably my favourite series of Drag Race in a long while but the final 4 all just being the "young ones" has left it SLIGHTLY deflated to me. I don't think any of the 4 of them have C U N T, all just some of them and contributed to good TV.
