It’s not even a competition, easily the 00s.

I’d say:

1. 00’s

2. 80’s

3. 20’s

4. 90’s

5. 10’s

I think the album success of the 20’s puts it above 90’s and 10’s but 90’s has more iconic Kylie moments ala BTDYK and Confide in me. Hmmm maybe swap 20’s and 90’s

I think that's fair. 90s gave us Rhythm of Love era and Impossible Princess so 20s probably won't top it.

The whole Christmas thing and some very choice collaborations somewhat sullied the 10s for me.

The late 80s for me , maybe I remember differently through my childhood eyes but kylie was just so huge and everything she touched was massive plus I loved it all.

The 00s were huge too as it was a big kylie revival that saw her become as big as ever.

90s commercially not as strong but some great music was released and some of her best.

20s well we are living another very enjoyable kylie revival.

10s is her least for me both musically and commercially.

The 90s are probably the most important from the point of view of sustaining her long term career as it was a decade that saw a few drastic changes.

All of them for so many reasons - the 80s because that’s where it all started, 90s for the iconic IP, 00s for Fever and her being at her commercial height, 20s for really establishing herself again as a current artist that can sell rather than relying on legacy alone, I guess the only meh era was the 10s!

Kylie did get a little lost for a good part of the 10's but it lead to her coming back bigger and better.

Each decade though in general had so much to offer and when you break it down you really see how diverse Kylie has been with her music.

Each decade has brought it's own importance and history.

The 90s was a decade where we saw dramatic changes but changed how Kylie was viewed in the industry.

Kylie’s peak was absolutely the 00s, CGYOOMH onwards. Major tours and record sales.

The early 00s were phenomally successful.

It was a hugely successful touring era but regards sales was it higher than her opening era?

Her first two albums and singles in the 80s were bigger sellers than say Light Years into Fever…though worldwide Fever was a triumph in so many regions….but her touring success 2002-2009 was totally unmatched.

She really turned into a huge touring force during the 00s with incredible shows. I know she toured in the early part of her career but not sure of how big the tours were worldwide.

I am sure those first tours were successful because she was so popular. Though she didn’t really have the opportunity to have that much tour success anyway because whatever tour dates she did could only be limited to such a short time period.

Agree. In the 80s, she was everything - magazine covers, music shows, she was the talk of town. The 00s gave her chart success, the cred, good reviews, etc. etc. but certainly not the kind of domination she had with Neighbours + SAW in the 80s

Def agree, the domination in the late 80s was just so huge and I always felt it was even bigger than the fever hysteria.

I was a bit too young to follow the 80s era, but I can imagine looking at the sales and seeing how pretty much everything went top 2.

In 2001/2002 time it really felt like she was the biggest and most unstoppable star on Earth. Although I jumped on board properly at 'Love At First Sight' time.

At the time, the sales side i knew nothing off as the chart positions is all i went by but aside from the charts Kylie was on so many tv shows, she was on the cover of so many magazines etc she was just everywhere, i followed both the UK and Irish charts from a young age and id argue Kylie was even bigger here in Ireland than the UK at the time or if not it was very on the same level.

At school everyone talked about both her and Jason in real life plus the Neighbours Scott and Charlene wedding was just so huge, at the time it felt like it was what everyone only talked about for a full week at school.
