December 11, 20232 yr I think in the albums, the Boob will climb to #2, Taylor possibly to #3 leaving Tate and Nicki battling it out for #4
December 11, 20232 yr i reckon the top 5 albums will end up 1. killers 2. buble 3. tate 4. taylor 5. nicki
December 11, 20232 yr Krackpots are at #37. Thanks, the Music Week report entirely excludes them and everything else is shifted up one!
December 11, 20232 yr BMG mess up continues for Kylie Midweeks 8 Extension 62 Tension Singles 79 Padam 98 Tension Current single which really should have had all 3 physicals released this week is nowhere to be seen because they did a real shocker of distribution of the singles Edited December 11, 20232 yr by SmileyKylie
December 11, 20232 yr Krackpots are at #37. Typically, songs released by The Kunts rise through the week. Fingers crossed they hold on - after so many unplayable chart hits, it would feel like a cruel irony if their only radio friendly attempt just missed out.
December 11, 20232 yr I daresay 'Hold On To Now' probably wouldn't have charted anyway if it's not showing up in today's mids  Typically, songs released by The Kunts rise through the week. Fingers crossed they hold on - after so many unplayable chart hits, it would feel like a cruel irony if their only radio friendly attempt just missed out. Watch Radio 1 not play it anyway even if it does hang on!
December 11, 20232 yr Who were the people on here saying The Killers were not going to be no1? One of the most obvious no1 albums of the year.
December 11, 20232 yr Interesting that Nicki and Tate are so close - hard to tell who will have the bigger streaming advantage over the week. As predicted though The Killers should be heading for #1 with solid but not spectacular sales, and guessing Bublé and Taylor will comfortably be at 2 & 3 by the end of the week. Aw Mariah back ahead of The Pogues already :P
December 11, 20232 yr Who were the people on here saying The Killers were not going to be no1? One of the most obvious no1 albums of the year. Probably because their last GH opened at #6….
December 11, 20232 yr Shame 'Extension' is charting separately to 'Tension', the extended mixes album for 'Disco' didn't. Would the album be top 3/top 5 if combined?
December 11, 20232 yr Would the album be top 3/top 5 if combined? I've got to assume so with the actual album itself also at #62. Between this and the palaver with 'Hold On to Now' the whole thing has ended up leaving a really bad taste in my mouth.
December 11, 20232 yr Feeling like Jack Harlow is going to sneak between Wham! and Mariah this week. Think Noah Kahan should beat the Pogues too unfortunately
December 11, 20232 yr Nope!!! My Alexa spams him, plays Wham second , Brenda ghjrd, and Mariah 20th, if that. Sometimes she gets played 0 times an hour, Wham twice, Sam 4 times. Il double check mine tonight and see what it plays!
December 11, 20232 yr Take That chart run so far is far more decent than i was expecting, they might be lucky and get a 3rd week top 10, Cher also holding well again this week.
December 11, 20232 yr Why is Louis Tomlinsons album back in the top 20? Text Santa performance I believe. Either that or because he released his 'All of Those Voices' documentary as a combined DVD/album release.
December 11, 20232 yr Remix albums are usually charted seperately aren’t they? Didn’t Gaga’s remix albums all chart separately?
December 11, 20232 yr Il double check mine tonight and see what it plays! I was on bed time duty tonight and asked Alexa to play Xmas songs and it went as follows: Sam Ryder Mariah Carey Andy Williams John Lennon Kelly Clarkson & Ariana Grande So a fair good mix then!
