March 17, 20242 yr First of five boring male ballads doing well these days. Are the Djo and Noah Kahan tracks ballads?
March 17, 20242 yr Fairly sure Teddy will quickly fall behind both Ariana and Djo as more streaming data's reported, Lose Control has downloads on its side at this early point! (and obviously Mark Knopfler will end up behind) Teddy probably will stay ahead of djo but Ariana should overtake
March 17, 20242 yr 13 ¥$, Kanye West, Ty Dolla $ign & Rich the Kid feat. Playboi Carti - CARNIVAL 12 Ella Henderson feat. Rudimental - Alibi 11 Calvin Harris & Rag'n'Bone Man - Lovers in a Past Life Apologies for being pedantic but on Apple Music, Rich the Kid has now been downgraded to a featured artist on Carnival
March 17, 20242 yr Teddy probably will stay ahead of djo but Ariana should overtake I'd be shocked if Djo didn't overtake Teddy - Djo is much further ahead on Spotify today than he was this time last week, and his best streaming days are still to come.
March 17, 20242 yr Apologies for being pedantic but on Apple Music, Rich the Kid has now been downgraded to a featured artist on Carnival Thanks, I'd noticed the features have been added to the Kanye album but didn't notice that!
March 17, 20242 yr 2 Beyoncé - TEXAS HOLD 'EM 1 Mark Knopfler & Mark Knopfler's Guitar Heroes - Going Home

A supergroup made up of 54 guest artists under the direction of Knopfler - best known as the lead guitarist for iconic rock band Dire Straits - have covered the artists' 1983 instrumental rock track, which was featured in the BAFTA-winning 1983 drama Local Hero, starring Peter Riegert and Burt Lancaster. The charity single – from which all proceeds go to Teenage Cancer Trust UK and Teen Cancer America – leads at the midweek mark with less than 1,000 chart units, so it will need all the support it can get to keep growing throughout the week. BTS member V, aka Kim Tae-hyung, is approaching his first solo UK Top 10 single with FRI(END)S expected to debut at Number 7. If V holds on he would be the third member of BTS to secure a solo Top 10 single in the UK; following Jimin, whose Like Crazy peaked at Number 8, and Jung Kook, whose current tally stands at four; Too Much with The Kid Laroi and Central Cee (10), 3D with Jack Harlow (5), Standing Next To You (5) and Seven with Latto (3). Calvin Harris and Rag’N’Bone Man could reach a brand new peak with Lovers in a Past Life (11). Fast-rising US singer-songwriter Dasha is quickly catching fire in the UK. Austin is now predicted to smash into the Top 20 on Friday, up six week-on-week (19).
March 17, 20242 yr You never know, it could stick around at the top if it gets some more press! Less than 1k ahead with a day of Spotify, Apple and YouTube missing - I think it'd require a LOT of press to turn a small gap like that into a final weekly figure of 50k+...!
March 17, 20242 yr Interesting update to say the least. What it shows me is that Beyoncé is really strong on Amazon and iTunes, and that it’s Spotify that will make the difference come Friday. Whether Texas can close the gap on Spotify through the week is another thing. If she can, then who’s to say she can’t get another week at #1? This update also doesn’t really account for Apple Music (I don’t think?) and Texas is #1 there.
March 17, 20242 yr Less than 1k ahead with a day of Spotify, Apple and YouTube missing - I think it'd require a LOT of press to turn a small gap like that into a final weekly figure of 50k+...! I highly doubt it will stay no. 1 by Friday. Probably top 20 or 30 at least.
March 17, 20242 yr Presumably the K-Pop song will drop significantly throughout the week too? Yup definitely, hasn't charted on Spotify or Apple yet.
