Position on the previous voters chart (at the top 30)

Ah I see, I thought it meant how many acts we chose that had left and was thinking I'm sure more than one of mine has gone in this last round

Lost Arctic Monkeys and Depeche Mode from my votes since last commenting! My favourite Arctics album is AM (hey, I was a teenage girl with a tumblr account in the early-to-mid 2010s, of course it is...) and Violator is an all-time great album from the latter. I've only heard the Chorus album from Erasure but enjoyed it and they have lots of great singles, with a predictable favourite in 'A Little Respect', while 'Blue Savannah' is not too far behind. Bananarama favourites are 'Cruel Summer' and 'Robert De Niro's Waiting'!

I really need to do more of a deep dive into Blur but my favourites are: 'Coffee & TV', 'Song 2' and 'The Universal' (bonus points for the A Clockwork Orange themed video)

17 UK TOP 40 HITS

BIGGEST HIT: HEART OF GLASS (#1, 1979) SUNDAY GIRL (#1, 1979) ATOMIC (#1, 1980) CALL ME (#1, 1980) THE TIDE IS HIGH (#1, 1980) MARIA (#1, 1999)

Love Blondie. Not fave ever bands but love the 1976-1980 stuff.

Also, you left Maria off their bigget hits list

A lot of acts I'm a fan of since last commenting, some I voted for and some not.. Manics, PCD, Green Day, Depeche Mode (who I went through a top 50 video of on YouTube last week - some good discoveries), Arctics and Blur all who have a bag of great tracks among them. Muse is probably one that'd come close to my votes but their 2009 material bar 'Uprising' was a comedown imo.

Linkin Park though who are an act I was fortunate to see live in 2014. Coming up to 10 years in November and they were fantastic. Such a bittersweet memory in hindsight now!

Radiohead are obviously a seminal band, but I have to admit they lost me a bit when they started to go all experimental, i.e. Hail To The Thief onwards. The Bends and OK Computer are pretty awesome albums though and I still regard 'Creep' as possibly my favourite song of all time.

I do enjoy a bit of Blondie and 'Maria' was one of the best comeback singles ever!

I think Dave Gahan is still alive! :D

I nearly dropped my phone when I read that 😂

Radiohead not listened to too much of their stuff but they are decent

Love Blondie glad they are still top 20 but a bit of a slip for them

BIGGEST HIT: ALBATROSS (#1, 1969)

I was hoping to see Radiohead a bit higher given how well they've done in a few other rates on here, e.g. No Surprises winning the best #4 rate. Certainly seeing them below S Club 7 is quite something 🤣. Anyway, glad they're at least top 20. An absolute genius band at each of their many evolutions.
Pleased to see Fleetwood Mac with the big climb that they deserve. A band whose music has clearly stood the test of time.
S Club climbing :cheer: fantastic to see them in the top 20 and so well deserved, nobody does feel good like they do and their reunion tour was superb (albeit bittersweet).
Is there any other corner of the internet where S Club 7 can be between Radiohead and Fleetwood Mac? :kink: (no hate, they have a few tunes x), I did really think Radiohead may be a bit higher though, After not really getting them for years, OK Computer was a revelation, a stunning, timeless piece of work.
