While the likes of Taylor and Billie continue riding high on the albums front, new releases including Becky Hill's Believe Me Now? and Richard Hawley's In This City They Call You Love are set to make a splash. There's also albums out from Shaboozey, Bat For Lashes, Ayra Starr, The Marías, Crowded House, K-Trap, Aespa, ARTMS, Ben Platt, Willie Nelson, Richard Thompson, Arooj Aftab, Bad Omens and Bonnie McKee - plus new EPs from ATEEZ with GOLDEN HOUR: Part.1 and Leigh-Anne with No Hard Feelings

Official Charts Report

Rap superstar Eminem is currently on track to secure his 11th UK Number 1 single, and first in four years. Surprise drop Houdini gains a healthy lead ahead of Sabrina Carpenter’s Espresso, and is predicted to debut atop the Official Singles Chart come Friday.

Responsible for some of modern rap’s most iconic tracks, Eminem last topped the Official Singles Chart in 2020 with Godzilla featuring the late Juice WRLD. Houdini sees the return of his alter-ego Slim Shady, and precedes a new album due later this summer.

To date, Eminem has gained 10 UK Number 1 singles. In order, they are; The Real Slim Shady (2000), Stan (2000), Without Me (2002), Lose Yourself (2002), Just Lose It (2004), Like Toy Soldiers (2005), Smack That with Akon (2006), The Monster with Rihanna (2013), River with Ed Sheeran (2017) and Godzilla with Juice Wrld (2020).

After celebrating his first ever UK Top 10 single last week with Stargazing, Myles Smith could move up to a brand-new peak of Number 8.

Edited by Liam sota

nope, more like a ‘cover’ of Steve Miller Band - Abracadabra

would be great to see Em get another number one this week especially as Midspresso has been at the top for long enough already

I can't see Eminem making it to No 1 to be honest.

CRUNCHING the numbers

YouTube Eminem likely weekly total 2.9 mill vs 750k for Sabrina

Downloads likely weekly total Eminem 4-6k vs 1k for Sabrina

Apple Music likely an advantage to Eminem roughly 70-100k streams

Amazon a dead heat the forecast

Leaving Sabrina needing 1.1 million more streams weekly total more than Eminem on Spotify? Possible, yes, likely NO

Eminem has a 94.5% chance of being #1

Edited by Liam sota

I mean you did just make up most of those numbers :kink:

I think it'll be close but at the moment I'd still expect Sabrina to hang on for another week unless Eminem takes off more on Spotify over the week.

I mean you did just make up most of those numbers :kink:

!!! I did not understand the maths there.Where did the 94.5% come from?

I, for one, am loving the maths.
