Now I've had a little time for the song to settle, I am getting a lot of enjoyment out of it. The vocal effects were a little off-putting at first but now they don't seem as bad as they were, likely that's just me getting used to them but a part of me did wonder if they had adjusted the effects. All the hooks are cute - I don't think they're as effortless as they have been in other Kylie songs, but I like what they're going for and I think a video will really elevate the song so I hope one is coming!

 

You can definitely hear the 'Padam' influence so it makes sense if this is a lead to a 'Tension' re-release. I think it serves well for that, but less so for a brand new album.

Maybe 2 CD with different covers like Tension would have been better

Katy has 2 physicals this week (Vinyl £12.99 / CD £3.99) so on par with Kylie’s two.

It will be interesting to see how Katy does overall, nothing yo do with her releasing the same day as kylie I mean more from it's been so long since she had a hit it would be nice for this to do OK for her.

Just on my way home from tonight’s show - the performance of My Oh My was iconic, Kylie seemed to totally love being on stage with Tove and Bebe.

From the clips it sounds like the performance of it went very well.

I still don't like the song, but it did sound so much better with a more natural vocal and it was a sweet moment seeing all 3 of them on stage together.
