August 29, 2025Aug 29 Recall there being a few CD single reissues during the 90s but the sales would have been small. Think HMV etc would have catalogue singles in stock in small numbers in the larger stores. The good old days.

October 10, 2025Oct 10 Great news! Kylie now has a Platinum single in the 80’s, 00’s, 10’s and 20’s. Damn the 90’s!! 😂

October 10, 2025Oct 10 All The Lovers is such a special track in her discography. Though for some reason I thought it already was platinum.Anyway bring on the certs. I’m manifesting Gold for IYE and the KMO album next.

If its average since July 2019 was 400 chart sales, it would be on 566k now; if its average was 500 chart sales, it would be on 597k. I imagine it lies somewhere in the middle, so its total would stand at 581k today.Based on today's news, we know that the track is now averaging close to 500 chart sales if not more. It's one of her most-streamed songs so I would've expected better certifications for it. I guess the plays probably come mostly from Australia.

It was 5 places above 'Slow' on Kylie's most streamed songs which suggest its averaging higher; it was also one place higher than 'Wow' which was averaging 220 per week between 2019 and 2022. 220 chart sales would put 'Roses' at 191k and 247 chart sales would mean it was at 200k right now.^ this is what I wrote about ‘Where the Wild Roses Grow’ in May this year. I reckon we could see a silver certification before the year is out.
October 11, 2025Oct 11 I was totally sure Roses had been, I have a memory of it getting that certification not so long ago. Is it really not?

October 12, 2025Oct 12 WTWRG must be like IYE in that it’s higher Spotify and YouTube streams are more from mainland Europe/ rest of the world. WTWRG didn’t sell much on release either…which was totally baffling at the time because it’s such a fine track.
