December 6, 20241 yr Author I'm one of the seemingly few on here who like the Teddy Swims song but 13 weeks on the playlist is definitely excessive! Lol @ a 7th week on the B-list for KSI, they may as well have just A-listed it :unsure: Quite like that Role Model song.

In fact, with 13 weeks 'Bad Dreams' has now become the longest-running song on the playlist this year :o the last song to spend as long as that on the playlist was 'Stick Season' last autumn!

December 6, 20241 yr As much as there are a few tracks which should have been removed by now (Teddy Swims and KSI especially) there does seem to be a distinct lack of new music around right now so 6 new additions is probably the best we could ask for. I think this is also shown with the fact that there’s now no Tune of the Weeks/Weekends and the Hottest Records have ended for the year.

I thought they might have added Jack Harlow and Becky Hill but yeah there's not a great deal of new releases around at this time of year. I imagine they'll be one more playlist update before they freeze it for 3 weeks.

December 12, 20241 yr The Mk.gee song sounds good, reminds me of Sting/The Police. Lol at the Introducing artist name and track name. At least the track's not called Salt! In Parallel - Now Its Gone is OK I suppose - has a similar bassline to Tainted Love (Warped Bass) by Richard Grey (a remix of the Soft Cell song) but is nowhere near as interesting a song.
