The first Club Bizarre of 2025 is here and we're going into the new year Celebrating Female & Non-Binary Producers in dance and electronic music.

 

For decades female and non-binary DJs and producers weren't taken seriously in a largely male-dominated and misogynistic industry. Women were only seen as capable of singing music and not producing it. In recent years, the dance and electronic scene has adopted a strong community-like stance that is now uplifting these minorities. We're here to celebrate that!

 

The rules: The lead artist of your entry must be a female or non-binary producer. The genre must fall under the dance/electronic umbrella. Try not to be cheap or send something well-known. The objective of the contest is to discover new music. Uninspired or well known entries may be vetoed by moderators. This is a strictly anonymous contest. Do not reveal your entry.

I’m debating if I should switch my entry or not…I’m very happy with my first choice and she deserves to be represented, but deep down I know it’s giving last place :lol:, and knowing that you’re all going to bring your A game with this theme!!!
