I Agree, he was much much bigger than her all week, apart from 2 first days, I don't know how he won't be #1 but he won't.

GIMME A HUG is already top 5 in the US of the album, even when it's only number 10 on the tracklist, which is very very rare for first-second update which always comes as in order of the trracklist, and all Twitter is full with this one.

 

Just looked at the lyrics to "GIMME A HUG" (ick at the title) and despite saying "f**k a rap beef" it looks like another sneak diss at Kendrick. Also disses Joe Budden

It's a Drake album people are obviously gonna stream 😂😂😂 however I don't know if it's because it's been a while since a Drake album drop or obviously that its a collab album but this already feels more muted than his previous ones, like I'm pretty sure by this update he usually already has songs in the top 10 on Apple

People are still flocking to hear more Dreck slop? I didn't expect him to vanish without trace but thought it would be a bit more muted at least after last year.

Obviously the beef helps him too, it's not rocket science.

This is a pretty muted first day performance by Drake standards, it's not like he was ever going to completely fall off and never chart again.

 

(mind, I am pretty sure it'd be muted by his standards even without the beef ever happening, simply because 'PARTYNEXTDOOR & Drake' will never be the same sell in the UK as Drake solo)

 

Yay for 'luther' hitting a new peak on Spotify today, would love to see it re-enter the top 5 officially. I wasn't really that into it on my first couple of listens but it's really snuck up on me and I understand the hype now. (The other SZA collab on 'GNX' on the other hand I still think is just ok oop. '30 For 30' is a banger though so yay for that also continuing to rise x)
