February 24, 2025Feb 24 Kendrick's lead over Chappell on Spotify is shrinking so could definitely see her overtaking by the end of the week - happy enough that Kendrick got one week anyway x I've not really cared for anything I've heard from the Sam Fender album so far so I wish I could be more enthusiastic about it but it is good to see a 'new' artist (i.e. one who hasn't sold in these quantities before) looking like possibly cracking the 6 figure mark.

It hadn't made the top 100 before 'DENIAL IS A RIVER' started blowing up! (would be doing a lot better if it had a third big song as the streams for 'DENIAL IS A RIVER' and 'NISSAN ALTIMA' ofc get downweighted)
