  • It would be the cherry on top of the cake for me if Chappell's debut album gains itself a #1 single at this late stage! Particularly as it's the song which technically started off the era, 5 years ago

New Doves album is good, will be contending for number one

Very low sales all around, barely above 10K in both albums and singles for a Mon update is kinda worrisome

Charli's vinyl for brat and it's completely different but also still brat doesn't include the original unlike the streaming version of the album

so counts separately I'm afraid but surprised it's selling so little

Yeah that’s what Kworb says but it has 800kish views and I imagine the majority of those will be from the UK. So that’s a definite reset and probably a few thousand sales too. Wouldn’t be surprised if she sneaks in the top 30

She’s nearly at 800k on YT (far above all the other performers bar Sab).

The numbers on Kworb are much lower though

for the last 2 days combined

Yeah if that’s the correct full numbers it’ll still get a reset but nowhere near as high as it looked and still a fight to make the top 40

I don't think there was any doubt Chappell was going to be ahead all week. If anyone's going to stop her from the top it'll be a Messy reset

Elton John effect

That might be helping but I think it's actually be because of the giver promo stuff. She was up on Monday too, before any Elton effect could be noticed.

I want Ordinary to stop Beautiful Things from returning to the top 3 and nice to see PPC increase its lead from NLU

Great that Chappell has pulled further ahead even though i like messy id be raging if a reset prevents Chappell getting her first number 1, nice to see that all of the album top 5 will each be above 10k and possiblly number 6 and 7 might manage it aswell.

Would be against the interest of the OCC to have ‘Messy’ given a reset!

Doves slightly closing the gap to The Lathums since Monday - really hoping they can somehow still pull off a #1 or at least the highest new entry (as I think it's looking most likely it'll just be Sabrina returning to #1 again). I really thought Sam Fender's second week sales would have held up a little better than they have oop!
