Not ANOTHER edition of Tortured Poets. Seriously. 🙃

  • What I’m very very against is products ordered in previous weeks being saved up and dispatched when the label most wants the chart impact. I’m not talking about pre-orders for something not yet releas

  • Saying that an artist you don't like is untalented and has dumb fans doesn't make you look smart, just btw.

When was Taylor shipping those signed CDs for Poets? the 25th?

Brilliant for Addison to be showing up in the top 20 clapI doubt it will remain there by Friday but hopefully Benson Boone can take her place with 'Sorry I'm Here'

Providing it hasn't changed yes , as the page is no longer available can't check 🫣

they could release them earlier like they did with Lover Live in Paris

Taylor's signed cd's shipped this morning so expect Taylor to be number 1 in albums!

Glad she chose this week where there's no real competition! Next week there's Ghost/James Arthur/Stereophonics/Simple Minds who all easily could've missed on a number one because of her!

I know it they were gonna ship it earlier

Ah this week did make more sense with it being the actual anniversary week

wow, it's been 1 year already?!!!

also, there's no big release this week but many next week

Just checked and the last Stereophonics album in 2022 opened at #1 with 24K

James Arthur also opened at #1 with his latest, barely 1 year ago with just short of 17K

the last Ghost album in 2022 opened at #2 with 14K, but I reckon they are more popular now

actually no clue how many signed CDs Taylor has, could it be >20K???

but sure it's wiser to drop them this week

It's rumoured it was 44k not sure how true that is

And there it is, TTPD indeed on track for #1 this week. And considering the article says nothing about #2 and that we know competition is low I think it’s pretty locked

Guess we’ll see later today when units are out

Taylor Swift's The Tortured Poets Department set for Numb...

Taylor Swift’s The Tortured Poets Department could see a spectacular return to the Official Albums Chart summit this week; eyeing a 23-place jump back to the top spo

Hoping Gaga manages another top 10 this week, especially as it's a quiet week.

I'm really curious how many Taylor sold because it was available for at least a week, so I'm assuming it is around 40k.

From the OCC.

Taylor Swift’s The Tortured Poets Department could see a spectacular return to the Official Albums Chart summit this week; eyeing a 23-place jump back to the top spot.

The superstar’s eleventh studio LP, which has already clocked 10 non-consecutive weeks at Number 1 in the UK since its release last April, sees a surge thanks to the release of a signed CD edition celebrating the record’s one-year anniversary.

Davido currently highest new entry at 4 so even without Taylor he wouldn't be number 1 sadly...

it's the same edition, just signed

(not sure by who) :D

It's because Taylor is obsessed with the charts!! 😁

Or maybe just obsessed with her fans' money 😉
