The camera cuts to an absolutely beautiful line-up of clappers in the audience for Hendinia and Cumulonimbia, including Mark Ruffalo and Rachel McAdams. You could say that everyone here deserves their chance in the 'Spotlight'. 😉

The two last DNQs are announced as a miserable Joaquin Phoenix looks on from the crowd. He's hoping the announcer is being a 'Joker' but it turns out these two have both shockingly failed to qualify. Not a good batch for songs not in the English language :(

Oh that is a shame about FLJ 😪 I checked out the DJ Koze album this week and my favourites were that one and the Sofia Kourtesis collab.

Ooh gwan East Rukahavian - I did quite like this entry but it is one of the few songs I would have been fairly confident predicting to DNQ so nice to see them defying some odds x

Shame to see FLJ going out, had it in my top 10 of the semi on first listen although it did drop a little bit to 13th after relistening as other songs grew on me more. Also quite liked the New Lexico entry so aw at us not getting both of the Finnpop entries through.

ah Fljotavik ended up just outside my votes, hopefully wasn't too close to making it!
