Paloma being murdered, ugh

I get they’ve had to change the format/broadcast schedule slightly for the reduced episode count, but yeah the fact it took us until the end of the second episode to get to the first round table and then ending midway through the vote too. Feels a bit choppy. Nonetheless I’m still so hooked.

Absolutely GUTTED about Paloma 😭

I was so looking forward to seeing more of her.

Me too!

She was the one I was most excited for going into this.

Damn you Alan Carr! *shakes fist*

I agree with the rest of you. It was so bizarre to end it mid round table banishment. Not quite sure why they did that.

I wonder if the producers are trying a different format to see what works and what doesn't work with editing.

Maybe it was the sequence or something in the contracts that all the celebs needed at least one full episode of air time idk. Agree that cliffhanger was a bit.. MEH. But maybe they are leaning a bit more in to the fact people are watching it because of the celebrities? Was totally disappointed there was not an episode tonight either which makes me think they might go two episodes a week for Season 4..

With a shorter run of 9 episodes and we've still got 18 celebrities, I wonder how many people are going to be in the final this year..

I’d still say 5/6 - so the normal

Technically the next ep we should lose 3

Banishment From the first round table

Murder post banishment

2nd Round table + banishment

So numbers will dwindle fairly quickly even with 7 eps left

The pacing and editing was totally off for that episode and killed the momentum for me.

WHY do a cliffhanger halfway through a Roundtable? It's the best part of the show and cutting it abruptly in the middle just to make the audience wait an entire week to see the rest is such a stupid thing to do. The suspense will be long dead by that point!

Also I feel like Paloma was unfairly set up for elimination as there was no way any of the Traitors could get away with touching someone's face unless they already had a pre-existing close friendship.

And last gripe - please God can we stop recycling all the challenges? I'm just waiting on them going back to the church to do that 'steal an item from a masked member of the audience' thing they do in every season.

I'm gonna assume that they originally planned to air three episodes a week (given the 9 episode run too) before realising they could have the finale coincide with Halloween and thus that cliffhanger would've just been Thursday into Friday originally and probably less annoying.

Did expect a quicker pace given nine episodes, but it makes sense that there was probably something written in contracts/they want to get their moneys worth out of these celebs.

An overnight cliffhanger is fine, very annoying if you need to wait almost a week though. Thankful I only had time to catch up on episode 2 this morning!

I'm still gutted about Paloma, so many missed opportunities with her going too soon, I get why he went for her but I do think it was a cop out and he could have gotten away with touching literally anyone else's face

I'm rooting for Ruth, I NEED her to be recruited

Teasing us with the prospect of a Kate banishment for almost a week is not ok.

I can’t take another second of her loudly exclaiming shit like a four year old.
