I'll get the vinyl for this. Have got all these on CD multiple times but not got all of them on vinyl.

Some that are nice to see, like Life Ain't Easy and Halfway Around The World. I think most have been covered by Yearbooks, Extras and the Millennium series (save for 1996 stuff).

Nice to see some rare tracks on there although every song on there between 1997 and 1999 has been on a yearbook and the 1996 songs are certain to appear on both 1996 yearbooks

Also, does this mean with those songs from 96, that 1996 will be the next yearbook?

I hope not. I hope 1995 is next and I reckon it will be either one to balance out both sides. If 1996 is the next 90s yearbook, then I hope 1975 is the first yearbook we get next year. I want the remaining yearbook to go 1995, 1975, 1994, 1970 and 1996. If they decide to go with 1996 next, I hope it goes 1996, 1975, 1994, 1970 and 1995

Speaking of Yearbooks, I believe we have a bit of a pattern with the early 70s, which is almost identical to the early 80s: 1973, 1974, 1972, 1971 and 1970.

And the pattern for the late 70s is a straight line in reverse: 1979, 1978, 1977, 1976 and 1975

I’m quite surprised Eras is continuing, I can only assume they make some profit on the vinyl and hardback book releases.

The A*Teens song on Disc 1 was on another fairly recent pop compilation I’m sure, and certainly on a TOTP album in 2001. But then again pop was very well compiled at the time, not sure there are many rarities that were not on any UK compilations. Maybe Moi Lolita by Alizée would have been a nice one.

I picked up Now 113, Now 115, Now 116, and the Now 13 and Now 18 re-releases for £3.99 today from HMV, absolute bargain,

I also picked up Now 117 and Now 118 for £4.99.

The bad news is that they clearly aren’t selling as much as they had hoped, I wonder how long the series will last.

Seeing as this eras has 1996, it’s another reason why 1996 being the next yearbook will be pointless. They did such a good feeling eras just before the 1991 yearbook was released and Xpansions and Alison Limerick missed both 1991 yearbooks as a result

IThe era's compilation is well compiled. If Gen Z would buy CD's this could be succesful as it contains many great songs put well together. Unfortunately, I am not the target group for this comp as I own all these songs on the original Single-CD's.

I just had a thought. If 1996 is the next 90s yearbook, that means they’ll complete the 6s right before Halloween as it’ll most likely be released 30th October

Me too! I've been enjoying the Vaults as I've hardly heard the songs on these releases, so it's great to discover hidden 80s gems!

Fingers crossed! Alison Limerick should be on the main Final Chapter, with Xpansions at least on the Extra.

Maybe they'll get Mr Blobby for that album too as it's now finally available to stream.

It appeared on Cheggar's Choice a long time ago but that tracklist is one to forget, although features many songs hard to license now (and many nobody would want to for obvious reasons).

I wanted to listen to Yearbook Extra '99 today but Amazon can't deliver until tomorrow, even when I checked at midnight, bah. Will see if I have time to go to HMV.
