Imo 2 was ghastly overrated, aside from Bimini who carried the series and to a much lesser extent Tayce and Ellie I gave so little damns 😅 but still better than 3 and 7 where I wasn’t enthusiastic about anyone who made the final.

Marmalade is high key my #1 pick for All Stars winner like she is THERE with the crown I’m telling you

I see no way she wouldn’t have collected 4 wins minimum this season or last, All Stars is screaming her name!!

I genuinely think Marm could have won every challenge this season bar girl groups and maybe talent show lol and even then it’s not like the girl group standard was sky high lol

I forgot just how good Marmalade was, and yet she seemed like a distant third at the time. I fear it's two seasons in a row without that level of talent.

I don't think this season is completely atrocious though, that initial week of memes and drama was more entertaining than anything in Seasons 3 or 7, and I genuinely do like Mocha. Season 7 is the only one I ever abandoned, and Season 3 is the only one I regret finishing. Drag Race No Stars x

I guess it depends who you are. To me, she’s lovely and to those who she likes, she’s lovely. But I was watching it in her main residency bar last night (where I used to work) and it’s quite telling that two of her fellow queens there were watching her demise with GLEE. She’s got many an enemy in Manchester because she’s quite ruthless with the queens, or at least has been in the past.

And when she went to film, myself and several colleagues immediately said “well, it’s about time they had a villain” and it’s more than come to fruition 😂

I think this will be a big lesson to her. She’s kind of the cabaret queen of Manchester, has performed in West End etc, and I think some of the insecurity of not being top dog here has slowly but surely swallowed her, until it reached its head last night. Truthfully, I feel very sorry for her though, I saw her a fortnight ago and she seemed very grateful to still have people there for her, she’s lost nearly 5 stone since filming and is definitely taking it all very hard even if she’s too proud to admit that, it’s clear to see.

But hey, when we come back to thinking of Season 8, I truthfully do think it’ll be Paris and KY that we remember, and they’ve contributed to making this a much more dramatic and entertaining season than 7 without a doubt.

In terms of the actual challenge, Naya was so far ahead of everyone else - amazing delivery and very strong jokes.

I also laughed at Alik way more than the editing suggests the rest of the cast and judges did. Using a shtick to deliver the jokes would have massively helped her but she was not bottom 2 for me. Flesh definitely should’ve been there if we were to judge only the material. (The prostate cancer joke was already done by Bob; it’s possible Flesh still came up with that herself but still x)

I saw a comment on reddit tbh that said "I hope she wins so she fcks off to London and leaves Manchester" from allegedly a local person 🫠

Arguing back to the judges like that is camp I kinda lived for that ngl😭
