Thanks Dandy and Cody for the other points so far. I didn't have high hopes for my entry, I found it on Shazam as it was played in a gymnastics production on my cruise earlier this year. I'd decided it wasn't going to do much in BJSC, but this seemed a more suitable outlet, albeit it seemed to lose a lot of support in the listenthrough for 'unweirdness'...

Think there was something to enjoy about nearly every entry, impressed with how out there so many people decided to go with the theme x I definitely feel quite outweirded with my song that admittedly could have just been an entry to a normal contest probably oops but I do think it gets weirder later into the song!! And my justification was just that it's representing some fairly leftfield/under-represented subgenres (vaporwave/plunderphonics), even though it got passed off as just being a drum n bass song on SyncTube oop.

Commiserations to the nearest misses for Squarepusher, Pita (even though it's kind of difficult to listen to, I get used to it after a while and can start to appreciate the beauty behind the noise x) and galen tipton.

PS for those who didn't attend the SyncTube to see this fun fact, I am stanning that Christopher Chaplin is literally the son of theCharlie Chaplin
