I know all artists have a level of super fan but Tom doesn’t strike me as someone that would have an engaged fanbase when it comes to the charts.

Sam is excellent at social media and really pushed for download and CD sales and was constantly doing lives etc

I just thought about how Kylie midweek/Friday info usually gets shared quite regularly on SayHey, so hopefully that'll be a thing for XMAS/Kylie Christmas (Fully Wrapped) and we find out sales!

Honestly for now I'm quite relaxed about how the single will do, with Alexa doing a lot of heavy lifting I don't think there's really much to worry about. I think at this point I'm more focused on whether the album can get to #1!

can't see it anywhere near the top 100 today to be honest. I think it would need to be consistently top 50 to stand any chance even with most songs being on ACR, especially with only 25% of the market taken by Amazon

Totally this - we all know that Alexa will be the one to make XMAS a success rather than the fans.

I think it’s a master stroke that they’ve linked it to the album - giving Amazon an exclusive album and single for guaranteed promo.

I really think the #1 album is hers to lose now - I can only see a surprise album drop by a big artist or Team Taylor doing the most with signed variants etc., stopping it.

Amazon reporting full data for the week so far whereas most songs have partial data from Spotify/Apple Music (nothing from Sunday), and some songs above it being on ACR.

That’s great isn’t that about the same as Sam Ryder / Tom Grennan at this stage?

Really hope everyone gets behind this on Christmas week and they have some tricks up their sleeves because she could actually get to number 1 if Sam Ryder was 5k off with less than 3k physicals.

Nice to see the impact of all those Amazon high placements and of course the Alexa spam. Expect it will disappear rest of the week but given the cold snap it might hold on.

Its the 9th highest Xmas song in the top 100 Update so thats cool.

it really does help not being on ACR like so many other tracks.

Ya im not expecting it to hold but least we know its getting some traction at this early stage.

Tom Grennan went from #62 in the mids to #83 (21 places down), so fingers crossed Kylie could could sneak into the Top 100 on Friday.
