Excuse my ignorance as I haven't seen the Australian version, but what exactly is a Split/Steal? How does it work?

As 3 Traitors reached the end...

The Final 3 traitors participated in the Traitor's Dilemma and were given a choice to either Share or Steal – The Share option would result in either – 1) if all Traitors choose the option, all remaining Traitors would get an equal split of the pot, or 2) If any other Traitor chooses the Steal option, anyone who chooses Share does not win any share of the pot, while the Steal option would result in either – 1) If one Traitor chooses the option, the Traitor would win the entire pot, or 2) If two Traitors choose the option, the Traitors would evenly split the pot, or 3) If all three Traitors choose the option, no Traitor would win any of the prize.

All 3 Traitors chose Steal in that series and no-one won any money.

However it was kinda the best outcome as 2 of the Traitors were trying to get another to go for 'Share' so they could both 'Steal' (and both of those Traitors were ) . So she screwed them over by choosing 'Steal' too, ensuring neither of the other 2 could take any money . It was the best moment of a fairly awful series

It was an odd series really.

I don't know if its 100% the Share/ Steal thing would happen/ travel from the Aus Series to the UK one. At the moment so many Traitors reaching the very end is a one-off limited to just that Australian Series.

It is hard to be a Faithful but I don’t think they’ve ever been this bad. Last night, Rachel and Stephen were barely mentioned at the round table, hardly spoke and no one voted for either of them. Even in the Celeb version they got heat at the table Even when it took forever to vote for them. This year’s faithful have been a bit weaker than normal.

As soon as an issue has come up, its managed to be dealt with in the next show - either through banishment or murder. So there hasn't been any growing fires/ seeds which have been allowed to grow in a big way.

Ultimately it comes down to human nature. I’m discounting the celebrity version but people like Meryl, Mollie and Roxy/Jack this year can just not comprehend their friends could be traitors, it crosses their mind, but I’m not sure they really believe it because they don’t want to believe it. I suppose it’s a bit like grief and the stages of that.

I really think this is shaping up to a Rachel vs Stephen for the final hurdle. Maybe ever a Split or Steal, if they will do that in the UK version.

I agree James is unbearable, such an annoying man child. Faraaz has got some funny one liners but hadn’t really done much up until last night expect the milking cow portrait so I also agree it would be disappointing if he (or Jack who had contributed even less) won, hoping for a Stephen & Rachel final and I am praying they keep firm on their Celtic clan 😂 I am hoping the end scene is just hey will mention each other to avoid suspicion but hopefully they don’t back stab each other, they’ve been such a strong pairing up until now

I'd love to root for Faithfuls who do act like they're solving a mystery and are constantly playing a game of cat-and-mouse with the Traitors - unfortunately because of the nature of the game those tend to get murdered unless they're really good at hiding it.

Top cinematic ending would be a Traitor getting to the final 3, about to win it but then a Faithful who's been shown to be decently smart up to then suddenly chooses to continue the game, convinces the third faithful to vote against the Traitor and gets the Traitor out. so close to this with the series 2 ending weren't we

Hence I was all in on Harriet before she presented her case in a loud fashion, and at that point was doomed to be murdered if not banished, I am now very well predisposed towards Faraaz; if he is not murdered, he'd deserve to win. I think the Faithfuls have been pretty okay at reasoning throughout this series but because of the nature of the game and it being so hard to be right outside of genuine unfortunate Traitor slipups they've also gotten quite a lot wrong.

I'd love more in plain sight murders to give the Faithful more tangible evidence.

For my part, James is absolutely hilarious. Best Faithful to watch remaining, seems like a genuine bloke. Wouldn't mind him and Jade winning if it's not a Traitors victory.

Only real let-down at this point would be Roxy being part of a Faithful victory somehow, no hate to the lady, she doesn't rub me the wrong way as much as last year's winners but you can't be getting that much wrong and win the game unless she really turns around on Rachel quite dramatically. Also Jack's quite boring I suppose and as much as I sympathise with Jade for what she's been through I also want to see more from her in the endgame to be completely happy with her winning.

Will say, at this point, Stephen and Rachel both winning I think seems unlikely with the edit we've had up to this point. One of them, certainly.

I'm feeling if both Stephen and Rachel make it out of tonight's episode the closest we'll get to that ^ is Stephen choosing to continue the game to banish Rachel, paranoid that's the move she would make if he didn't.

If they have murdered Faraaz I just don't see any scenario where Rachel and Stephen aren't stood there with one of Roxy, Jade or Jack at the end, Stephen makes that move and we end up with a solo traitor win.

It's basically like Golden Balls, but Traitor edition, and they all have dplit or steal eggs, aka golddn orbs

This!!! Only time I wanted faithfuls to win was vs that arrogant one, who got to the end because the blonde lady fancied him

I feel the Stephen/ Rachel alliance is breaking with each conversation. Stephen seems to be doing nothing but float her name 🤣
