January 21Jan 21 Did we not? I swear the cds were available at one stage 🤣 she does so many drops on her shop it’s impossible to keep up
January 22Jan 22 Take it with a pinch of salt but this is making its way round socials, youd think the same week as cds would make sense even if the cds are US exclusive
January 27Jan 27 They lied 🤣🤣Lots of stories going around about them cancelling orderes of anyone that ordered more than 1 of each CD surely that would hinder them
February 5Feb 5 So we getting vinyls but not CDs , interesting timing its due to go ACR this week too (unless gets a sudden boost before friday)
February 5Feb 5 The vinyl is so pretty, i didn't buy the last vinyl but couldn't say no to this. Edited February 6Feb 6 by kimberley88
February 5Feb 5 Releasing the music video exclusively on Spotify Premium and Apple Music is a good strategy in my opinion, but it should have been next week instead to maximise everything on the Hot 100.

However, my point about delaying the release of the music video a week and maximising everything was to coincide with the release of the physical products. Personally, I don't mind if a new norm would be to watch music videos on Spotify Premium and Apple Music first and, then, YouTube (specifically in the US), but it would have been interesting to see to drop everything at once in 'release week' (music video, CDs, vinyl, etc).

I take back what I said earlier, lol! 😅I was still under the impression that the CDs and vinyl release date was February 16, but I've just realised (after reading your post) that she brought forward the release a week earlier, which technically makes sense now. However, competing with Bad Bunny and his Superbowl performance and J Cole seem a little bit off. I mean, it's not a direct competition per sé because the Superbowl performance will benefit the album and not a song of Bad Bunny (he doesn't have a current song to promote and everything translates to the album), but it's a still strange that she chose next week when she could have picked the following week.
