They should have released this normal time during the tracking week, they're going to miss so many sales that won't count to the chart

It’s ok, plods along nicely. Maybe it will grow on me more but the Sabrina collaboration will ensure it charts very well initially and who knows become a big hit.

I wish the chorus was repeated at the end of the song, it feels like it ends a bit abruptly, especially when there’s a double chorus before the bridge.

It’s just so fun and good! I’m really hoping this shows Sabrina that she is actually quite versatile as an artist!

Madonna sounds great too! It’s my favourite from her in a long, long time!

Agreed, it doesn’t sound like a Sabrina song with Madonna on it but the message still feels relevant to her. I think premiering the song at Coachella before release has worked in its favour because people can see how well suited Madonna and Sabrina are performing together rather than coming across as desperate.

I’m savouring every moment of this era, it’s been too long since Madonna was regarded this cool and had this much good-will towards her!

Definitely this! I keep listening and expecting one final chorus and feel quite upset that it doesn't crescendo into one.

According to Drownedmadonna, a reputable source, there were two strong contenders for the lead single. The other song is a solo track, which is being held back for the single after "BYL." This is a strategic play from Warner to re-engage Madonna with the public through celebrity endorsements, social media hype, and now streaming and radio airplay.

Obviously the second single is the vid with the celeb cameos!

I agree with what you’re both saying but isn’t this on purpose? I assume it’s because it’ll go straight into Track 5 on the album in some kind of transitional way? Obvz could be wrong ofc, but that’s what I got from it ending the way it did.
