Great song, Project Hail Mary was a great movie but would've preferred a new track from KATTDO to enter..

Sign of the Times returning to the top 40 in the week of its 9 year anniversary one of my favourite songs, it still makes me stop in my tracks every time it comes on.

Funny since 30 years ago They Don't Care About Us was in its original chart run.

Wish it could be the Prince song 'Sign O' The Times' back instead, but it's another old song bringing some freshness at least.

God, I was 16 when Sign of the Times first topped the chart - Greg James hosting the chart; me learning how to use cassettes to make my own recordings.. I didn't know any better.

Here for Harry Styles' transformation into a 'legitimate artist'.

'Aperture' is more experimental sonically but I forgot that Harry came out the gate swinging with a 5 minute+ solo debut, still a bold move.

Sounding good today, I quite like the classic Bowie-esque feel to it.

Biography

Singer/songwriter Olivia Dean crafts poignant ballads and warm pop anthems, showcasing a deep sense of self-awareness. Born in 1999 in Enfield and raised in Walthamstow, Dean participated in gospel choir at a young age, before busking in the streets and eventually attending the famous BRIT School. Influenced by Lauryn Hill, Amy Winehouse and Carole King, Dean’s own take on music is autobiographical and vulnerable. In 2019, she released her debut EP, Ok Love You Bye, which delved into the challenging aspects of dating, like on the meditative “Password Change”. The following year, Dean dropped her follow-up EP, What Am I Gonna Do On Sundays?, a concise but evocative set of songs brimming with celestial melodies and confessional lyrics.
