Monday at 19:512 days KMO not going gold for a while then unless that SH figure is out of date…at least we know it’ll be, at most, 2k to go once the vinyl sales are added. Depending on stock levels an aggressive discount at some point could shift a few more hundred. Surprised Aphrodite is behind Light Years. Not many will have Aphrodite on vinyl.

Monday at 20:192 days Shame they don’t have some special digital download deals to accompany each release…I know they’re not chasing chart positions/ sales but one week only store exclusive expanded editions/ instrumentals at £4-5 would add a few hundred sales to each.

Yesterday at 09:251 day Expect they’ve done well with the blue X vinyl sales in comparison to all the other black vinyl options. X black vinyl probably the lowest seller overall.

9 hours ago9 hr I received 'X' (black) and 'Aphrodite' on Saturday. I have the 2018 release of 'Light Years' so I'm not sure I really need the 2026 variant. I did read that the designers have flipped the text around on the spine though! So that's a slight difference for collectors. The 2018 release had that text "upside down", just like the CDs from 2000.I think I'd like to get 'Kiss Me Once' at some point because it is quite different to the 2014 release. Just not essential at the moment - might get it at some point in the future, hoping that it's still available and possibly reduced.I wasn't sure what to predict for these vinyl releases sales-wise, but perhaps this is lower than I may have thought to be possible? Last week that wouldn't have been enough for Top 40. Not to jinx it but I'd say 'X' has done enough to remain within the Top 30 by Friday? I hope it can push to a 4,000+ sales debut. By the way, I know that 'Body Language' was pressed on both red and black vinyl, and Discogs says they both came out on 8th March 2024... but I seem to remember that the black vinyl wasn't available initially in the UK? I could be mistaken.Although 'Aphrodite' was already released on vinyl in 2010, that was quite a while before the vinyl revival, and in recent years it's been very hard to come by without paying a lot of money for it. I would have thought there'd be more fans out there in need of adding it to their collections than that! Same with 'Light Years' really, considering how ridiculously limited its 2018 pressing was - although granted that is a bit pricier than the other three.I'm not surprised that 'Kiss Me Once' is the lowest of the lot considering its general lack of popularity. If 96.4k sales as of Friday is the case, then it looks like we're still going to have a rather long wait for it to reach 100k. ☹️ It might be lucky to reach 98k total by Friday?
