Well we'll be looking to see if Olivia has been able to eat into the Midweek lead Sam had as of Monday and if so by how much.

This is all going to be super close. So RMI are only ahead of Ariana on Spotify and not by much, that's good.

Be interesting to see how close things are in todays chart update. My guess is RMI will be ahead

RMI of course has the other versions too so it's probably still ahead of The Cure

This - there are multiple versions, the ‘edit’ has appeared in the Spotify chart previously so would think they are ahead by quite a bit with them all combined.

Don't see Toy Story will be the biggest hit considering the blockbusters coming soon. I see as much hype for it as Star Wars and that flopped.

TS5 will end the year as #1 or #2 highest grossing movie of 2026 - I'm fairly confident with that! It's got 'Inside Out 2' Summer slot and is Disney Pixar's biggest IP, bar none! Whether people want another or not won't stop them from watching it. It'll be an easy $1bn+ for it and I will be surprised if it's any lower than $1.2bn (I'm predicting possibly closer to $1.5bn) but unlike 'Inside Out 2' (which didn't really have much competition iirc?), 'Toy Story 5' has viable competition just 2 weeks later... 'Minions & Monsters'... so we shall see!

A. No one knows.

B. It can go over 1.5B like Z2 and IO2 and pass Spider man if this one won't do the numbers on the last one which most likely it won't as the whole genre went down, but even if no... it's gonna be HUGE and it's not even close to the last Star Wars which was never tracking that high, way way way more front loaded and also very US based than worldwide so - no.

Lol, you got it so right. The haters gonna hate, poor Tay Tay :P

'Spider-Man' will be different to other Superhero movies and will be the one to buck the recent trend, imo. The trailer is the most watched trailer over 24 hours when it hit 718.6m views in 24 hours! Nearly doubling the previous movie trailer record set by 'Deadpool & Wolverine' and also smashing the record of 475m, set by the trailer for 'Grand Theft Auto VI'! A lot of hype surrounding this 'Spider-Man' + I think the fact Tom and Zendaya star in 'The Odyssey' 2 weeks beforehand will have an indirect effect on it.... It's gonna be a TomDaya Summer... and also Winter with Dunesday!

Is the Apple Music chart frozen, btw?

Don't think so; Becky Hill climbed from 200 this morning to 168 this afternoon

Not UK but this was after Olivia’s live lounge yesterday!! 👀 wonder if it’ll help the cure stick at #1 on uk Spotify tomorrow

Agree about SM, never thought otherwise, I talked in general, but we both think the same about TS, and SM. Also, Dunesday gonna kill it! And we still have Spider-Nolan summer :)

Taylor's song is gonna be sent to Country Radio in the US, so I suspect is very heavy Country (for her standard, so obviously it's pop-country) but still can be struggling anywhere but the US, no one knows.

At least a variant we dont know about yet if its not a vinyl looking at the colour

I think its safe to say it will do just fine

Taylor's clearly at the point of her career where she can easily get a country song straight in at UK #1. Whether it lasts there for more than one week is the question which we'll only have an idea of once we actually hear the song.

Streets (Swifties) are saying its very country heavy as a way to soft launch the Taylor’s Version of the 20th anniversary of the debut album in October (her purest country album, fake accent and everything)

She’s kinda always been like that though. Love Story went #2 back in 2009 and Mine was a top 40 hit for multiple weeks in 2010.

I think any other proper country song from someone inside the Nashville system even charted top 40 in the uk for entirety of the 2010s after that.

Neither are THAT country. They are country-pop at best. Taylor doing 1989 as supposedly her 'Pop' transition was always a bit of a lie. Most of the hits on her previous records were Pop. Her first album is maybe her only strictly country album.
